Paul and Sharon led us capably through what was our first ever renovation, from start to finish. The quote was detailed, including clear price points. Communication with them felt easy: they led the whole thing, from permitting, to subcontractors, to inspections. Paul even had to deal with an agitated neighbor one day, and was very diplomatic! We liked the friendly and helpful retailers that they suggested, and all their suggestions turned out to be great (we investigated for ourselves, yet found their selections best suited our needs and budget.). We are delighted with the look and utility of the finished bathroom. It is also nice to know that everything is now up to code, well made, and well-installed.

We chose Bathroom Design Build for our main bathroom upgrade. Paul does top notch work, is easy to work with, and stays on track. We liked working with Paul and Shannon, so asked them to take on our full kitchen renovation. They helped us navigate our way through the process, dealing with multiple sub trades along the way. Paul and his team made my bathroom reno so easy. They helped with planning by researching products for me and making excellent suggestions. Then when they were on-site they were polite and respectful and completed the job on-time and with minimal fuss. I am delighted with the end result! Paul and hist team stripped the main bathroom down to the sub-floor and rebuilt/re-installed everything. End result is nothing short of outstanding. This is the second bathroom that Paul has done for us. Obviously very happy with the first one and now the second one too. Our old downstairs bathroom was an awkward shape with a prefab shower stuck into a corner that felt like showering in a coffin. Paul gave us an awesome fully tiled walk in shower with a glass front. Hard to believe the transformation. Both my wife and myself choose to shower downstairs on occasion now. Paul also added some extra heating and ventilation in the new ceiling to offset those chilly downstairs mornings. We are very happy with both the bathrooms that Paul reno'd for us and highly recommend Bathroom Design Build to anyone looking to reno or modernize a bathroom.

Paul renovated the main bathroom a few years ago and the work was so impressive we recommended to several people and decided to utilize his skills to overhaul our ensuite bathroom. If anything, it is even more dazzling than the first. Both times the reno was right down to the studs, everything new. Paul is industrious, organized, exacting, honest and a treat to have around. I value his opinions when decisions need to be made. There were challenges (the walls weren't square so the vanity didn't fit at first, the wrong shower pan was shipped) and every time, Paul and Shannon made it more than right. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Functionally and aesthetically, it's wonderful. Further, when we visited vendors to choose components and mentioned who our contractor was, everyone was positive and enthusiastic, a real testament to the reputation of Bathroom Design Build. We believe the price we paid was more than fair: you get what you pay for. If a job is rushed and cheap, then the results will be disappointing - that's just logic. Paul works incredibly hard and does beautiful work - highly recommend.

We hired Bathroom-Design-Build to fully renovate both our ensuite and main bathrooms and couldnt be happier with the results. Paul was patient, knowledgeable, and very clear in communicating our options. He suggested wonderful suppliers for our vanities, tub, and toilets, recommended lovely fixtures, and provided great design ideas. He and his contractors all worked to impeccable standards, attending to the finest details, and, given how the walls of our condo werent completely straight, the care Paul took to properly fit our vanities was amazing. Also, at the end of each workday, Paul would make sure to leave the work area very clean and organized. Paul dedicated himself completely to our renovation project and was able to complete our two bathroom, full renovation within the three week time frame he had estimated, and completely on budget. Although no renovation can be completely stress-free, Pauls patient, calm personality and professional expertise put us at ease throughout the entire project. We have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom-Design-Build 100%!
