We hired Bathroom Design Build (owner, Paul), in 2015 to completely renovate our bathroom en suite. It was a mess. Paul did a miraculous job. Encouraged by the work, we hired Bathroom Design Build again to renovate our upstairs bathroom in 2017. By this time the company had become quite busy so that some contractors joined the team for demolition and electrical work. However they were supervised like a hawk and they worked to the same high standards. Again, we were completely satisfied with the end result. I called the Company for help in providing, installing and programming new timers last year, and last week once again I called to put new light fixtures, faucet and accessories in my powder room. That should say it all. However, what I like about the owner of this company is that he is prompt in replying, he does not overbook himself so that he can book the job in a timely manner, and makes a firm commitment, he always shows up on time or gives a heads up should he encounter any delay and he works within his quotes. However, Paul's piece de resistance is the way he produced perfect transitions with our wood flooring between the bedroom and ensuite and hallway and laundry room. Everyone else said it could not be done but Paul did it! Of course the costs varied, so the 1,000 is there because technology requires it.

Paul and his team were amazing. We had an original bathroom to the house and is now a beautiful modern clean space. Paul coordinated everything all trades we just had to pick product and he even sent us recommendations for that which turned out to be prefect literally handed him the keys and when we returned after a week and half was more than what we expected. He also made a quick executive decision while we were away sizing of our cabinet and it was so good. Can't thank him enough for his direction and expertise.

We moved in to the home in the 80's, and other than a coat of paint it had never been updated. One of my concerns was the tile in the shower/bathtub area, and for good reason, behind the tile there was almost nothing left of the wall, due to years of water damage. Paul gently peeled what remained of the wall and did a great job making it safe and great looking. My bathroom is no longer an embarrassment. Service was professional and timely.

This is the third time I have called this firm for work in our condo. When we purchased 6 years ago, the master bath was horrid, and the half-bath was an eyesore. We recently needed to revamp the master bath to accommodate mobility issues. He was able to find solutions quickly for our upgrade nightmare; and the trades he needed to bring in were equally wonderful. Paul is a true craftsman and I would not hesitate a moment in recommending him for any bathroom renovation. I absolutely love Paul.

I was really happy with the service I received from Paul at Bathroom Design Build. He was very responsive via email during my initial inquiries and was prompt in arranging a time for an in-person estimate to renovate the bathroom in our townhouse. What I really liked was the estimate was very close to the final amount paid. There were no surprises. We were quoted 2 weeks for the work and it was finished on schedule. Paul and his team arrived on time each day and if there were any issues, he was very clear in communicating our options. We only have one bathroom and I knew that would be inconvenient, but Paul arranged it so we'd still have access to the toilet in the evenings, and we only had to spend one night away. He was even considerate of our neighbours who have a baby and tried to plan noisy work outside of nap time. I couldn't imagine a renovation being stress-free but this was as close as you could get. I was able to continue to work and go about my day and not worry! The renovation was 3 months ago and we are still so happy with it.

Paul and his team did a full reno on our ensuite bathroom in less than two weeks. He came in on time and on budget and we are very happy with the quality of his work. He recommended useful products and features that we hadn't previously considered (e.g. LED mirror; low profile shower shelf) and we are glad he did. I've recommended them to several friends, one of whom hired them and are similarly satisfied.

He came highly recommended and then exceeded expectations. Great guidance and suggestions at outset. High quality workmanship. Very efficient work schedule. Super outcome!

Paul undertook a complete remodel of our main bathroom. He was professional and detail oriented. He listened to our needs, helped us optimize the space, and provided thoughtful design ideas. The completed bathroom is better than what we could have ever imagined.

Highest Possible Recommendation! We had a full demolition to the studs and slab, all new 3 piece bathroom done by Paul and his team. On site, on time every single day - no waiting, no wondering, no wasted days. Quality workmanship. Excellent communication throughout the job. We had both our bathrooms in our condo upgraded and made beautiful by Paul. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship is noticeable to the higher end fixtures we did choose. Paul works quickly and efficiently during the day and when the work day is over he cleaned up the area before he left each night. Even with dealing with other contractors and some of our expectations living through the renovation zone, the enormous amount of patience and a wonderful, calming personality Paul had made him a pleasure to work with. In the end, we have two amazing bathrooms way better than the builder-grade bathrooms our condo had before. When we are ready for a kitchen renovation (not for another couple of years), we'll be contacting Paul to take care of this too. We cannot recommend Bathroom Design Build enough!
