    Total bathroom renovation

    Unable to post this review until now due to HomeStars policy. This is our second complete bathroom reno by Bathroom Design Build in September 2019. Once again, it exceeded expectation. On time and on budget. Thanks Paul.

    tub and tile replace

    The official ratings stop at 10 but Paul and Rob get an 11 from me. Beginning with complete honesty and transparency in the quoting, Paul then helped me out as I was choosing material, offering the pros and cons, their work was impeccable, and Robs tiling was spectacular. They left the apartment clean and tidy each day and as mentioned, by taking on one job at a time, the downtime is as minimal as possible. They are also incredibly kind and gracious individuals who put up with me hovering around and cats who wanted to supervise. I've already recommended them and will continue to do so.

    Bathroom Renovation

    We have held off from renovating because of past experiences with less than professional contractors. We discovered Bathroom Design Build by chance when I noticed the company van in our area. That led to their website and Facebook page. The reviews were good so we reached out to Paul. During our first face-to-face, I stated my one insistence: “if you start this project, you have to stay with it to the end. No bouncing between customers”. “I work one job at a time” was Paul’s response to me. We got the quote, a start and end date. What started out as a huge obstacle for us turned out to be fun and exciting. Paul, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We are not the only people happy with Paul’s work. We now have to wait to the end of the summer to have our second bathroom renovated.

    A bathroom renovation genius!!

    Paul brought our embarrassing bathroom into the 21st century!! I am lucky to have found such an efficient, friendly and well-connected contractor. I have already recommended him to everyone we know and will continue to do so. There was a lot of work needed on this project, from asbestos removal, piping and so much more. Paul arranged everything, communicated progress throughout the project without us having to solicit it, got it all done in time, and we didn’t need to worry about anything. All, with a smile on his face. Definitely recommended for your next project!!

    Main bath and powder room renovations

    Paul from Bathroom Design Build did a master bath Reno for us about 3 years ago and we were so happy with it we hired him again to reno our main bath and powder room. His work is excellent and he was on time and on budget for all 3 of our bathrooms. We are very pleased with how the tile in the main bath turned out and the powder room looks amazing! Thanks Paul!!

    Bathroom Renovation

    Paul and Rob really are as good as the reviews say. Being a bit of a skeptic I tend to think that when people write reviews they exaggerate a little. But in this case the reviews I read before hiring Paul were spot on. He is very personable, a true professional and understands his customers needs. I also appreciated the manner in which he worked, keeping any disruption to a minimum and cleaning up at the end of each day. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him – in fact I already have. It truly was a pleasure to do business with him.

    Bathroom Reno

    After receiving 5 quotes to renovate two bathrooms we decided to go with "Bathroom Design Build." What impressed us about the owner Paul was his positive/friendly attitude and how quickly he responded to our initial request for a quote. He also came highly recommended by one of the major bathroom suppliers. Paul was great at helping us make decisions, giving us ideas and most importantly, always showed up on time . Any last minute changes were handled quickly and usually with no extra charge. The project was completed on time, on budget and turned out beautiful. We are very happy with the end product.

    Bathrooms Renovation

    Paul and his team renovated our main and ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom measures approximately five feet wide by nine feet long. We took the bathrooms back to the studs doing the demo work ourselves. The reno included new wallboard, ceiling, light fixtures, fans, plumbing, install of porcelain tile floors and tub/shower surround, and glass shower doors. We provided the vanities, fixtures and plumbing trim. The toilet was relocated in the ensuite and a brand new walk-in shower was installed (there was not one there before). We got the building permit. It has been a few months since completion of the project. Both bathrooms are functioning very well and look great. Super job by a professional who knows how all the pieces go together. Amazing tile work!

    Tiny Basement Bathroom

    Paul did a fabulous job with a mess of a room. He made expert calculations and gave great advice. I am hard to please so this is high praise indeed!

    complete bathroom renovation

    Bathroom Design Build completely renovated my 3 piece apartment bathroom, and the end result looks fabulous. Paul and his crew were tidy, professional and very accommodating; they installed the toilet ASAP so the room was out of commission for the shortest possible time.
