Dom is excellent to work with. I had a 1950's house in Forest Hieghts that did not have a bath fan ever installed. Dom coordinator with my Hvac contractor to install a roof jack for the bath fan to connect to. I have used Dom on several of my other jobs because he is fair, does great work and explains options as to what can be done. I highly recommend Fair and Square roofing

Prompt,explained different style of vents, which was the best,checked out shingles around the vents,said they were all okay, I would recommend fair and square roofing to all my friends. Very pleased with his work.

Fair & Square Roofing Inc. did an excellent job on our roof . Dominik was prompt in delivering a competitive estimate. The job was scheduled quickly and completed on time( in two days!!) and the area around our home was spotless when the job was done! All were very friendly, I would recommend them to anyone redoing their roof. From the first phone call to the last handshake this company was a pleasure to deal with.

The re-roofing on my half-duplex was done by fair and Square Roofing Inc. recently. The job was well done by Dominik and his crews. Dominik was the first one respond to my call and gave me very detail explanation on many technical issues. Among all the quotes I got from roofing companies, His quote was not the cheapest one, but I believe it was reasonable and the actual cost is the same as his quote. During the whole process, the communication between domino and me was very smooth. His phone call, text and email were always clear and on time. I and very satisfy with and appreciate his services. I would like to recommend Dominik and his crews to my friends.

Dominic and his crew did a great job re-shingling my older, steep-pitched roof and the detached garage. Dom is really responsive via email, text and phone, kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect, and the invoice was exactly as estimated - he gave a slightly lower estimate than the other company I checked. He doesn't do a hard sell, and is good at explaining the technical details. A few pieces of plaster came down and he got a plasterer to fix them up right away. Cleanup was impeccable. Mike and Kyle were very nice and efficient on the roof. They love it if you feed them and supply them with cold drinks! They were all really nice to the dogs - just a pleasure to have around, apart from the unavoidable noise and chaos for a couple of days. I recommend Fair and Square without reservation.

Dominik was one of three quotes we sought for our house roofing project and he was by far the most conscientious. The quote was quickly completed and he walked me through the options and answered all my questions. He and his team were a pleasure to work with - the work was completed within a day and through the worksite remained organized and afterwards was well cleaned up. With the market being the way it was I found many of the contractors charging ridiculous amounts for their services. When gathering quotes I found Dominic very accommodating to my schedule and I felt comfortable with the responses to my questions. I look for value and even though he wasn't the cheapest I found the crew to be the best value for the money. Dominic also added additional peace of mind as he was not demanding of full payment up front prior to the work being completed unlike some other contractors, including some of the larger outfits. Dominic's crew took great care with my new driveway and evestroughing to not damage it and had the work done properly, not quickly. Even though they were very fast they didn't rush to get the job done in one day which I found to add peace of mind to our project. The roof has been in stalled for a few years now and I have had zero issues to date. I have and will continue to recommend Fair and Square when the subject comes up. Happy customer

Great Job Dom, Thanks for your good work on my house. I found Dominick's company as they were doing another roofing job in my neighbourhood and they did a great job on that house. The guys were great on the cleanup of the yard and looked after any issues that I had about the roof, my home was built in the 1940's so I was concerned about rot and damage. The guys found none!
