Foundation/Concrete Repair - Waterproofing
Great experience with Anatoli and his team. I requested a quote on their website and he completed a site visit and provided me with a formal quote right away. Very professional and clearly described what work will be complete. The work was completed in three days and they did an OUTSTANDING job! They were tidy and cleaned up leaving the site just as they found it. I highly recommended Anatoli and his team and thank them for their excellent work and professionalism!

Waterproofing
We had a very positive and pleasant working experience with Eugene and Vladamir from Royal Work! Eugene was very knowledgeable and realistic with the work that was needed to repair our leaking cold cellar. He was very courteous and honest. Eugene and Vladamir worked very hard and completed the job in a timely manner. They were tidy and cleaned up leaving the site just as they found it. I highly recommended Eugene and Vladamir and thank them for their excellent work and professionalism!

Wet basement
I submitted for an assessment in the morning and he called me within half an hr to plan to come in. When he came in, he was very analytical and pinpoint the issue. Turns out it was a quick job. He got it done the same day and Incouldnt be happier. Will use this company again and I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Backwater valve
We dealt with Eugene from Royal Work for the install of a backwater valve in our basement. We contacted 8 other plumbing companies for the job, and most of them just gave us a vague quote over the phone. Eugene was one of the only plumbers who came personally to our house and used a camera to scope out the drains. This pretty much enabled us to get the most accurate quote for the work as well as be reassured that there were not going to be any surprises once they dug up the concrete. He answered all our questions and was always available on the phone during the install. They had the best price quote and Eugene helped us out with city rebate issues. The install crew were quick and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Royal Work for any plumbing job.

Exterior basement waterproofing
Anatoliy and he team are just awesome! They came to do some exterior waterproofing on a house that I had. They had to dig by hand... not a problem. They had to fix some previous "waterproofing" that the previous owner did. They patched all the cracks in the foundation, backfilled and completed the job in just one day. They even provided a certificate of warranty. Quality is good, price is good, they are efficient. Thanks Anatoliy!

WATER PROOFING
I had water coming in my cold room and wanted to replace the weeping tiles. I decided to do the entire house just in case there were other problems that haven't surfaced yet. I called a number of companies after I educated myself on the process and materials needed for this project. I decided to use Royal Work corp, I am glad I did. The crew worked very hard, not only digging everything by hand they had to break and remove more than 200 feet of concrete!!! They even replaced the flowers and added top soil , everything was left very clean, very professional. I would work with this company again and would recommend it to anyone else based on my experience. Thank you .

concrete walkway between houses
I was very pleased with Royal Work and Anatoly's team that cemented the lane between my house and my neighbours. They were able to do my job right away with no notice when my renovator evaporated. Royal Work was less expensive than other quotes. They worked very hard and very smart. They tried to please both my neighbour and myself. Royal Work took the time to make sure the grade was draining perfect and the waterproofing lining was firmly secured before pouring . I highly recommend these ethical,professional,thoughtful men who work at Royal Work and do such an excellent job.

Leaking Foundation
I must say I was a little sceptical finding a reutable and honest leaking foundation company,until I found Royal Works.Eugene was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining what needed to get done.The crew was very professsional and very clean. I am extremily happy with there workmanship.Job well done! I have already recommended Royal to a co-worker,and recommend Royal to anyone who needs work done.

Plumbing
We had Jordan - He was kind, clean & very efficient. He resolved our plumbing issue without fail. He offered to return to follow up on a different maintenance issue.

waterproofing home
We just recently purchased a home that had a few issues with water coming through certain spots. I received their number though my real estate agent and had the pleasure of working with Anatoliy K. He is professional and knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain everything that you need to know. He always responded to any questions I had and answered them promptly. We waterproofed from the inside since we were gutting the basement, and replaced a bunch of pipes. We also installed a sump pump and backwater valve, which why not since you get a rebate for it. The labor done by the rest of the crew was completed on time. Everything was done neatly and I am extremely happy with the finished product! We've had no water issues since we've done the waterproofing. Couldn't be any happier with my services from these guys!! We highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional company that does what they say they do if not better.
