Before foundation waterproofing I was experiencing a very leaky basement in my 80 year old home. Alex from royal work corp arranged to come over and assess the situation. He was very helpful in explaining what may be causing the leak and what action was necessary to correct it. The estimate was within range of a couple other quotes I had gathered, so I chose him based on his high service rating. The crew arrived a week later, on time, as promised. Let me tell you, I have never seen men work so hard and restless like the crew they had sent over. They were so clean, used tarps for all their work. Once the job was complete, my interlocking driveway looked better then before they had started. My basement has not leaked since and it has been over a month since completion. Thank you Royal Work Corp. for your services, I will gladly recommend you to all my friends.

I recently had some flooding in the basement of my first home that I've owned. I found Royal Work corp. after doing a google search, explained to them my issue and stressed my concerns as this was my first home. They were able to send people immediately to assess the damage. They were extremely professional and quite comforting considering my situation. They were able to fully waterproof my basement shortly thereafter, and also installed a back water valve at a very reasonable cost. Because of the great work, I have recommended to a colleague who was also looking for some work to be done, they had already made plans to begin the work for him this week.

Anatoliy (project manager) came to assess the problem we had with some water leaking into our cold cellar. He suggested both internal and external waterproofing with a window well creation (since we had a bsmt window at grade level with the cement in front grading towards our house). His quote was not only the cheapest out of 3 other companies but it involved both internal and external waterproofing (other companies only included internal) and provided a solution for the window at grade level. His crew took two days to finish the job. They worked hard to excavate 6 ft down outside and drilled very thick concrete in our bsmt. We feel confident that our newly finished bsmt will remain dry as guaranteed by their 25 year warranty. The only small gripe I had was that the bsmt was left in little bit messy condition (with cement dust and footprints). Overall I would recommend Royal Works Corp. for any waterproofing needs.

I have not encountered the level of hard work and commitment to get a job done as I saw in the teams that recently did the water proofing work at my house. We did nearly 30 linear feet in heavy clay like soil. The teams worked the whole day finishing late at night to ensure the job was done right and the basement was secured against a rain forecast for the following day. The price was competitive but the reliability of this company is second to none. I delayed writing a report to determine whether they would return (as per their commitment) to level the soil raised 3 months ago and indeed they did, returning the grading to a perfect level. Royal Work Corp is my first choice for a waterproofing service company.

After searching multiple companies and getting multiple appraisals, Royal Work Corp. seemed experience at a relatively cheap price. The crew dug everything by hand and where all polite, the foreman was extremely informative and answered all my questions. At the end they cleaned everything up perfectly and the job was fairly quickly.
