We were flooded out of our basement and felt there would be no point to renovating without solving both our external and internal water issues first. Royal Works agreed to do a full seal and wrap on the outside, replace my interior clay pipes and install my sump and backwater valve for a very fair price. The work was completed quickly and on budget. Project coordinator Anatoliy was available to handle any questions I had. The crew worked hard (often in poor weather), was punctual and polite. I'd use them again but thanks to their 20 year guarantee... hopefully I wont need to!

All that digging and there was absolutely no mess left anywhere on the property. The cement floor was fixed perfectly smoothly after both jobs. I would recommend these guys any day.
