Absolutely Amazing Professionalism with profound customer service!
Anatoliy is Amazing! I have not ever experienced customer service at this level! Seriously, this was customer service perfection!! Anatoliy is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and understanding. He took the time to listen and explain in great detail. He is also incredibly observant. While he was explaining how to fix the issue, he noticed a non-water structural issue and explained what needed to be done and how I could repair it. Anatoly / Royal Work is the only company I would use and will recommend them to anyone I know requiring any waterproofing /sump pump service. I rarely ever leave reviews but Anatoliy professionalism, genuine caring and taking the time, I have left a review here and google reviews. If you get the chance to hire him, you will be so glad you did!

Waterproofing of outside walls
After 8 years being in this house and being tired seeing water coming down the wall in my crawl space we have decided to seek professional help with waterproofing. It was huge job walls are 30f by 24.6f. Nazar came in and provided us with the quote and after couple of days his crew arrived to start the work. We were blessed that we got Yarema and Vasyl to do the job. They would explain along the way what they will be doing. I have never dealt with contractors like this. Knowledgeable, passionate about their job, respectful and caring. Every day after they were done job site was cleaned and secured. The quality of your work, attention to detail, and resilience to meet the timeline are all testament to your hard work and dedication. Your work has not only met our expectations, but it has overwhelmingly exceeded them. We are heartened and encouraged by your commitment and the outcomes you have delivered as a result.

drain work
I hired Royal Work for drain work in the basement. Competitors were significantly cheaper but I went with Royal hoping for a better quality job and finish. Disappointingly. the job was not done properly and had to be redone arriving at a sub-optimal but working finished product. I would still rehire and recommend Royal to the home star community on the basis that Anatoliy responded well to my concerns and sent a new tech to perform repairs promptly. This is in my experience is a welcomed change to most contractors that would be dismissive of concerns and provide only false reassurance.

Historic Townhouse Basement Finally Waterproofed
After decades of water leaking into our 150 year old Victorian townhouse unfinished basement, the recent heavy rain caused severe flooding that couldn't be ignored. The remedy was to waterproof the exterior walls. Royal Work sent Jeremy and Vasly, who worked tirelessly for three days, excavating, waterproofing and filling trenches for 8' section on one side, and a 24' wall on the other side. They added a trench in our basement floor to connect any ground water to existing sump pump and the results are outstanding! They were on time, prepared for the job, tidy and extremely professional. I couldn't be happier!

Basement Exterior Waterproofing
I called Royal Work to identify and fix a water leak from the exterior of the house into my basement. The two workers, Serhii and Oleg, worked diligently all day and did a great job in fixing the problem. Amazingly they cleaned up the work area so well, you would never know that an eight foot trench had to be dug along the side of the house. Also praise goes to Nazar who identified the problem very quickly where others couldn't. Great work all around.

Basement waterproofing with sum pump.
Exceptional performance done. Pavlo the crew boss was very knowledgeable, a very good decision maker. The whole team were very hard working people, very polite and more. Im very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and the results. Thanks guys!

New retaining wall and steps
We had a leaky basement due to water coming through an old wooden retaining wall that was not waterproof. Alex and his team were hired to build a new concrete retaining wall with waterproofing membrane and weeping tile, as well as new concrete steps going down to a basement door. Alexs team were the hardest workers we have ever hired. They worked tirelessly and meticulously to complete the job. The new retaining wall and steps look amazing. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

Window Well Replacement & Sump Pump
Nazar responded quickly with a very competitive quote and got to work right away. The team is polite, hard working and completed the hand excavation, water proofing and vertical weeping tile / window well instalation in a day. Thanks!

Exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation
Milad and his team did an exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation at my house. He was very gentle, professional, efficient and very hard working. Him and Nazar was always available for questions and consultation following completion of the work. I would definitely recommend contacting Nazar if you have any sort of drainage or waterproofing issues that need to be resolved and will vouch for Milad to do the work. Theyre both great and Im very happy that they did the work on my house.
