    Great experience with Royal Work! I had a leak in my basement caused by a crack under the window well n the basement. They were thorough, did a quick and detailed repair on time and with the best price!

    I had a small waterproofing project in my basement and needed a sump pump installed. After speaking with five different companies, Anatoliy was the only one who actually followed up—something that feels like a lost art in business these days. He and his team were professional, fast, and did very clean work, all at a fair price. I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

    install backwater valve, sump pump and toilet drain

    I needed a sump pump, a backwater valve and a toilet drain installed. I got three quotes from the best rated companies on Google and Homestars. Anatoliy from Royal Work Corp. impressed me most with his professional, personable and flexible approach to the job. He answered all questions and explained everything. His prices were fair and reasonable. The work was completed as planned on the three days agreed upon. The job was performed flawlessly for all three projects.

    Basement waterproofing

    We needed a portion of the exterior of our basement waterproofed having detected water in our basement. We contacted Royal Work and were contacted by project manager Anatoliy who came to the house right away and provided an estimate. After contacting another contractor we decided to go with Royal Work. The crew came on time, and completed the work in one day as promised. Anatoliy was available by phone during the work day, and even agreed to adding an extra linear-foot to the estimate without charging extra and directed his crew accordingly. The clean up was very good. We are quite pleased with the work would recommend the service.

    Excellent Waterproofing

    I had a few years of basement flooding in early spring. It was in one room. I call this company. They were quick, affordable, very nice and honest.

    Basement waterproofing and slab replacement

    An asbestos abatement in my 100 year old home lead to the discovery that our basement slab was in very rough shape and some water was penetrating the exterior concrete block walls. I called Royal Work based on good HomeStars and Google reviews and Anatoliy came by a few days later and put a quote together on the spot. The price was on par with a quote we received from a 2nd company and Royal Work was able to start work about two weeks after we confirmed we'd like to go ahead with them. In less than two weeks, Anatoliy's crew, lead by Alex, demolished the entire basement slab, dug out several inches of dirt, installed the interior waterproofing membrane, installed the weeping tile and sump pit, installed a sewer backflow preventer, added gravel, and poured a new cement slab. Everyone that was sent to our house to work on the project was friendly and seemed to have a good understanding and experience with what needed to be done. A few surprises came up as old work was uncovered below the slab, but the crew investigated and pivoted their plans without issue, communicating with me as they went. In the end, Royal Work met our tight timeline with a few days to spare, left everything clean, and performed high quality work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else needing basement cement or waterproofing work.
