    Interior Waterproofing on a century old house

    After our inspector suggested interior waterproofing starting looking for someone to do the work. We saw reviews and got a personal recommendation for Royal Work, and Anatoliy joined one of our visits before we closed. We got a clear quote and outline of all of the options. We opted to do both interior waterproofing and have them redo the concrete with new rough-ins (we had to move the bathroom to update the electrical). The crew was great, got right to work, and everything was done a couple of days earlier than we thought it would be. Anatoliy was great with communication and checking in, and made it a worry-free experience. Definitely recommend.

    Basement Foundation Repair And Water Proofing

    From the first call Nov 23, they were quick, and efficient in scheduling a visit to complete an estimate. On Nov 24, Anatoliy arrived as advised and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and thoroughly assessed the crack in the foundation, and was able to provide a comprehensive quote on the spot. I provided approval and the work Anatoliy scheduled the work to start on Nov 27 with his team Oleg and Basil arriving at 8am. They two both pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficiently worked to complete the job. By noon they had already completed the job and restored my yard back to the condition it was when they arrived. They provided a review and photos of the work they had completed. Oleg and Basil did an amazing job despite the fact the weather was cold. As a result of the excellent work by Oleg and Basil, I am protected from further damage to my home.

    Waterproofing Basement or Foundation

    Great experience with Royal Work from start to finish. Nizar was very easy to work with and once the job was scheduled, the crew arrived on time to start the work. The two man team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in about 3.5 hrs. Couldn't be more pleased with the results and the basement is dry! Would highly recommend this company to work with.

    waterproofing section of perimeter of foundation

    We had the entire outside perimeter of our bungalow's foundation waterproofed about 10 years ago by a highly rated contractor. Or so i thought. Still for the past year, after each rain, a section of the carpet in our basement would suffer significant soaking. We called Anatoli of RWC who advised us that the seepage occurred in a 19 foot section along the foundation. He dispatched two of his crew to perform the work. The job looks great and professionally done. This team has my recommendation.

    Waterproofing

    Had a foundation crack that was rotting frame, creating mold, and leaving the carpet persistently wet. Worst of all was the musty smell permeating my entire basement. Thank you for the fast repair! Best of all was the 25 year warrenty.

    Amazing

    Professional, reliable, fast. What can I say. Amazing job for a reasonable price. They left the property neat and tidy every night. Stano and Milot were super friendly and hard working.

    Seamless Waterproof work

    One of the most professional companies I have worked with. From customer service, responsiveness, value, to quality of work, not to mention 25 year guarantee. I highly recommend them. Quote was very detailed and accurate. Answered all my questions. Scheduled in very quickly. Completed the work on time. No surprises except good ones: no sump pump needed thankfully. I would highly recommend them and know who to call next time I have an issue.

    Sump pump installation

    I had a small amount of water appearing on my basement floor. After inspecting the leak, it was determined that my homes water table had risen. The weeping tile around my house had no exit point and the system was filling with water. Anatoli was by far the best contractor that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. His experience shows through detailed knowledge of building codes, and sharp eye for signs of water damage. He careful explained all aspects perfectly, helping me understand my existing system and how the new sump pump would function. Thank you Royal Work Corp, Highly recommend this company for anyone who wants their leakage issues solved.

    Truly amazing project manager, crew and top notch quality ; extremely professional and responsive

    When I put down words like "good quality", "good value", "professional", "responsive" and "on time", I realize how hard it is nowadays to find a contractor who you can actually wholeheartedly say all these values are absolutely true. I recognize many things are outside of the contractors' control, which makes what Anatoliy and his team delivered especially remarkable. The price and timeline quoted were exactly what were delivered. The work quality was fantastic. My architect/structural engineer were both very impressed. You can tell they take pride in their work. The crew ended up having to make some changes to the work due to our miscommunication but they did it with no complaints. Anatoliy is super responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are well known by the City inspectors (based on casual conversation i had with an inspector months later). I found this company based on the reviews and i am so happy that I did.

    Crack repair

    Window had a crack, that became large enough for water to seep into the basement. Anatoli was extremely helpful in explaining the difference between crack injection and extior waterproofing. Happy to have that headache solved and rest assured with my 25 year warrenty, Thank you!
