    Sump Pump And Battery Backup

    Had a new Sump Pump installed, with new catch basin and plastic pit. Discharge was brought through the wall, routed outside. With the additional Battery Backup package - so the Pump is still functional when the power goes out. Thanks for the Bundle, Nazar!

    Spring wet- season leak

    I purchased my home in the fall, and with the spring showers there were signs of water leakage. Water pulled into the backyard of my house seeping into the basement from the windows and cracks in the cinderblock wall. Royal work Corp. was not only able to waterproof my home, but, install a new sump pump too. A back water valve for my sewage line. After seeing them doing the concrete in the basement, I asked if they could re-pour my side entrance landing. Fantastic work! I highly recommend them - I even scheduled for them to come back in two weeks and add a French drain/ drainage trench for my backyard. Special thanks to Anatoly and the crew.

    Waterproof underdeck

    My basement window and wall had water leaking into it, so I called a few companies all around Toronto and the surrounding areas to get the best quote price and found Royal Work Corp. to be the best of them all. My deck was to be removed at my own cost for the other companies I had called except for these guys who took care of the entire job with first rate experience and really made this nightmare go away as quickly as possible without all the gouging in price and unnecessary construction extras most companies get yoi with. I highly recommend this company for all your home repair needs. Very happy with the end result.

    Waterproofing

    My basement had a leak with all this thawing snow. There was water pooling on the basement floor. Called Royal Work to waterproof the wall, and upgrade my sump pump. Fantastic service.

    Good job

    I had a great experience with Royal Work when I had a basement leak. I had another company look at my basement and instead of thoroughly repairing the crack, they just did an injection that will only fix the issue for 2 years. Nazar from Royal Work came for an estimate the next day and explained to me what really had to be done and how to do it. Im very happy I chose to work with this company and I will continue to recommend to everyone who needs what this company offers.

    Underpinning , Excavation, foundation

    We hired Anatoliy and his team for a very large project on our century home property. Words cannot explain the professionalism and expertise I experienced throughout this job. We had come into a serious partial foundation collapse which required detailed engineering and there were safety concerns underpinning and creating a lowered basement. The team worked with my engineer on almost a daily basis addressing all of their concerns and details. I also have to mention how respectful the guys are and how clean and organized the site was kept on a daily basis. They did a great job opening entry ways through a rubble stone foundation, installing structural posts and beams, all our drainage systems, and waterproofing. After a spectacular job of underpinning we had them dig a full foundation with basement and walk-out for a two storey addition. The attention to detail was incredible. From window openings, masonary work , drainage systems , and underpinning these guys do it all. Our original quote remained the same throughout the job no matter how tough it became. My engineer and building inspector signed off on all of their work with no concerns. Thank you Royal Work Corp and team Anatoliy, Yuri, Alex, and Sergiy!

    Amazing job

    Thank you Royal Work for your service. I had my foundation done and sump pump replaced and the work is was done very well in a good amount of time. Anatoliy was responsive and well organized, Michael and his crew were also respectful with my space and timing. I will definitely be calling again if i need anymore work done in the future, and will recommend this company to those who may have the same situation.
