I know Vacuumsplus for at least 7yrs. I met him through a client of mine. He has serviced many of my clients vacuums and his job is always 100%. Honesty 100%,his knowledge is 100%, work ethic100% I do recommend him based on, Honesty, Knowledge, experience, and work ethic.

We upgraded our central vac in July 2024 and in September I believe that I accidently vacuumed up a piece of gold jewellery. Marco made a house call to check "the pipes". He was punctual, helpful, understanding and very respectful of our home. We are grateful for his assistance and professionalism. I would highly recommend Marco and VacuumsPlus.

Old central vacuum was replaced with a new vacuum. Marco Mazza did a great job! He recommended me the best product for my needs.

Update: If I could give a rating of 20 I would. Marco and Antonealla are great to work with! I thought my vacuum needed to be repaired again, but, it turned out to be a paper clog (that I was unable to locate). Marco removed the clog on the spot and the vacuum works fine. He didnt charge me for the call! Thank you Marco! I would HIGHLY recommend Vacuums Plus !! I had to have my vacuum cleaner repaired recently and while it took a while (holidays and a part needed to be ordered), the actual repair work is excellent! Marco did an outstanding job! He not only replaced the part, but cleaned the machine and changed the filter. He doesnt over charge, is trustworthy, courteous, and takes pride in his work. He does an excellent job! I would highly recommend Vacuums Plus and would definitely use them again.

I bought my Miele vacuum from Marco at Vacuums Plus when they were on Spadina in downtown Toronto. He sold me what I needed, not what I *thought* I needed or what was the priciest. And I am so happy I listened to him! I love my vacuum. I have also always loved the service from Vacuums Plus - they answer all of my questions and even keep track of when I need to change my air filter. Sadly for me, they have moved to Vaughn. I had an issue with my wand and didn't know what to do - I didn't want to go to a different vacuum place. I called and they took care of me! Even though I don't live anywhere near them, I will continue to get my vacuum serviced at Vacuums Plus.

Company called and we discussed what the problem with my vacuum was . they said the cost to fix would be around 300. I arranged for someone to be here when they were coming. They came, and without doing any testing what the problem was, took the unit away to do a cleaning - that was close to $400, which I never asked for. Then they call and say that wasnt the problem, you need a remote control, because it must be the wires. Warning - make sure they follow the directions you give them. Im would not use them again, and frankly any company associated with Home Stars

$250 may sound high to some people. However, installation was great and he found that parts were missing from the vacuum outlets caused by the painters. We found the parts inside the outlet and he re-installed the parts preventing vacuum leaks and making the system run better. And, there were also parts missing in an outlet and he had them in his truck. I would highly recommend this company. Very satisfied with his work. 5 stars PLUS.

If you are reading reviews looking for vacuum repair, you can stop now and simply call Vacuums Plus. I called Vacuums Plus a few years ago when my central vac outlets stopped working. It was a simple service call at the time, but the excellent service I received was still top of mind when the outlets started to fail again last week. Marco assessed the problem on Friday. By end of day Monday, the 35 year old outlets were replaced with new, the vacuum itself was serviced and the filter changed. The system is as good as new. The belt on the power nozzle was also replaced as Marco had observed that was needed. The customer service from Marco and Vacuums Plus is beyond compare.

Marco at Vacuums Plus solved my vacuum emergency (I have a very furry pet) and turned it into a great experience. I brought in my ancient vacuum to assess for repairs and Marco quickly took it apart, clearly explained to me what was wrong with it and why the repair wouldn't be worth it, sold me a new vacuum I love at an amazing price, and delivered it promptly the next day. This is an exceptional small business, the old school kind that takes the time to understand the local market and care about each customer. Highly recommend.
