Great job. Marco the guy is awesome.

I called & left message. Marco called back. I told him I either needed a repair or new central vacuum. Cost was reasonable. Explained vacuum had weak suction after changing filter bag, He said to make sure cannister is on properly especially at back then call back if there is still an issue.Tried it and vacuum working again. When my current vacuum actually breaks I will return to Marco for a purchase. Generous with his time and honest. Mary

Marcos from Vacuum Plus was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took his time to explain the possible reasons for my central vac problem. He tried to save the cost of repair. So my central vac is repaired and I know the reason. I appreciate that Marcos came to have a look and not just giving a probable cause by phone.
