    Spring Replacement

    Although it took about an hour and 15 min to get a call back, the technician who came was very friendly, knowledgeable, clean and his workmanship was professional. I had already disassembled the broken spring on the door prior to him coming so it took all of 20 min for him to replace. I appreciate that someone came so late on a Saturday the day before Christmas, otherwise we would have been stranded at home for 3 days! I would recommend this company

    Good Fast, Friendly Service!

    The cable on my single garage door snapped and needed repair. I called 3 companies to arrange to fix the doors. They all told me they would call me back. Out of the 3 companies only The Door Master called. Door Master called to tell me when to expect the repairman. The Door Master repairman himself called me when he was about to arrived. Oleg was friendly and did the job. I would definitely recommend Door Master to anyone looking to get the job done. And I would definitely call Door Master if I were in need of a new garage door or a repair to my door. Totally satisfied customer.

    Prompt, Reliable and Honest Service

    Our garage door broke this morning and The Door Master was contacted. An evening appointment was promptly set and Steve arrived when expected. He was very professional, kind and courteous. What we thought might be a bigger job was an easy fix, which was reflected in the price. We highly recommend Steve and The Door Master, and count our blessings to have found an honest service provider.

    Fast and easy

    There is never a good time for a garage door to break. That being said days before Christmas our spring broke. Called a few places for quotes and landed on The Door Master as our best option. Super friendly service. Called late in the evening and my door was fixed in time to get my kids off to school the next morning. Steve was very professional and true to his word. Thank you again!!

    Our Garage Door broke yesterday

    I called The Door Master yesterday morning around 6:30am and of course the office still close. therefore I left a message to call me back but, after 15 minutes or so, Steve called me and I told him about our garage door tracks mechanism broke and he give me a time slot to be at our house. 7 - 9 in the evening. Steve arrived to fix the garage door at 7:36pm and he was so quick fixing the tracks and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the "Door Master to my family and friends.

    Replaced garage door springs

    Steve from The Door Master came out and replaced our garage door springs after one snapped unexpectedly. He was on time, did quick, clean work and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend Steve and his company again. Thanks Steve!

    Garage Door Repair

    The spring in my garage door broke. I had previously dealt with Door Master and I called them in the morning. Got an appointment for the same day. Oleg came for the repairs and was awesome to deal with. He promptly explained the issue and replaced the spring in 15 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable in the business and priced reasonably. Would highly recommend them. Oleg is great and is very pleasant and professional to deal with.

    Emergency Garage Door Repair

    Our garage door opening mechanism broke at 8:30 pm, on a minus 20 wind chill night, with our cars stuck inside, threatening our ability to get to work in the morning. The Door Masters took our urgent phone call, and confirmed a technician would be available to make an emergency service call. Oleg arrived, confirmed the problem and fixed it expeditiously. Clearly Oleg knew what he was doing and calmly reflected both knowledge and experience, which translated into our confidence that the fix would be done that night at a reasonable price for service. We will replace the door in the next couple of years and The Door Masters will get the call.

    Garage Repair

    Steve was sent to look at my garage door issue. It took him less than one minute to figure out the problem. He was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend The Door Master to my family and friends.

    we called the door master and right away they set up appointment to look at the job Oleg called to set up appointment and he came right on time the next day came right on time to repair our door we where very satisfied with his work wolf
