The cable and spring needed to be replaced. The Tech was very friendly and explained what needed to be done and explained the reason it probably happened. He called before he came which was good.

I got my garage door opener installed by Steve and he did a great job installing the Chamberlain model I purchased. He was friendly and informative, he walked me through his installation process and filled me in on all the details I needed before he left. It was great service!

Called Yaniv this morning and he came within an hour to fix my garage door that wouldn't open after I had tried unsuccessfully many times. He corrected the problem easily. A few months ago one of his other technicians fixed my daughter's garage door and it was a difficult job because the car was in the garage. He fixed it without a scratch on the car, which was not easy because of the tight space he had to work in. They are amazing to deal with and I highly recommend calling them for any garage door problems you have. I have used a number of other companies in the past and The Door Master is far and away the most professional and competent company that I have seen.

Steve came within an hour to help me when my garage door would not close and successfully fixed the problem. I would recommend this company. Service like this is hard to find

After the spring on our garage door broke Oleg came out quickly to repair it. He was very professional and reasonable. We were grateful that he could respond so quickly and that we wouldn't have to have the door open all night! Highly recommend.

Needed a Garage door mechanic my door was stuck and I couldn't close it and I needed to get it fixed ASAP as I couldn't leave it open overnight.Nobody could service me until the next day but this company went out of there way to get a technician to me. He arrived at 7:15, pm and was very polite and friendly and assured me he would not leave until it was fixed perfectly. This he did in about an Hour or so he was very efficient all I can say in this day and age the service was immaculate such a change these days........

One of my garage springs broke and Oleg came to diagnose the situation and then repaired it. He also re-cabled the other garage door and lubricated everything so it's all working perfectly now! Oleg was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks!!!

Our garage door was difficult to open and close with a an old lift master motor which was at least 17 years old. One of the cables had also broken so we were always reluctant to use the door in case it was stuck open! Received a very reasonable quote and they agreed to complete over a weekend. Eric from Door Master came Sunday early afternoon as arranged. He completed the work in 90 minutes. Very professional and obviously experienced in taking out the old and fitting a new lift master. Love the new motor, as well as the working keypad (didn't work before) and the remotes that came with it. Thoroughly recommend these guys!
