    Garage door repair

    Super fast and excellent professor service from Josh!!! It was Saturday afternoon when my garage door was not functional. I called the company. After 10 min, Josh called me back. After another 20 min, he showed up. After another 30 min, the garage door reworked again. Thanks Josh!!!

    New Garage door and opener installation

    The door master was great and very quick to respond to our broken garage door issue. Prices and quality of work are very good. Their door options range from transitional to modern and were able to provide us the door we liked in less than 3 days. All other places quoted us for 4-6 weeks. Had a technician named Simon install the insulated garage door. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He also set up our garage door opener and explained all the instructions. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you for your good work!

    Garage Door Service

    Great service! Job was done exactly as said it would be and Josh could not be anymore accommodating. Late hours on a Saturday evening was not an issue, Thank you!

    Garage Door Opener Spring Replacement

    The springs for our garage opener broke, so the door couldn't open. We called The Door Master and we got a response right away. The technician came within a few hours between the times that he promised. The job was done within an hour. The door opener now works and there is a 3 yr warranty, so the company obviously stands behind its workmanship. The price was also very reasonable; better than other quotes we got that day.

    Garage door spring replacement

    I have to say this was an excellent experience with the door master right from the service call department to the minute the tech arrived. Josh was very professional and polite. He explained in details what is required to complete the job which was done above my expectation. The price was very reasonable and competitive. I'm extremely happy with the service and I would highly recommend the door master to all my friends and family. Door Master keep up the good work.

    Service Call

    Showed up about an hour after my initial call. Was honest about what needed to be fixed, didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Inexpensive service call, pointed out what needs to be fixed and what doesn't.

    Garage Dorr Opener

    Job was performed within only a few days of contacting The Door Master. Communication was great. The technician was very friendly, helpful and did an excellent job in a timely manner. When I need another opener, I will definitely call The Door Master.

    Garage Door Repair

    My residential garage doors (installed by another company) were running very rough. Oleg arrived from The Door Masters and was a true professional and perfectionist. He took the time to point out every deficiency from the original install and went above and beyond to get them running smoothly. He was also very conscious of not doing more than necessary to control costs. Highly recommended.

    Garage door open/closing intermittent

    My spouse had some issues opening and closing the garage door while I was away. I call The Doors Master and they had an appointment right away. The technician came when requested and called before to say he was on his way. He was extremely polite and friendly and respectful of the property. He assessed the system while giving me good information on garage door maintenance. We determined the motor was in good shape, but the door was in need of lubrication and the sensors were quite dirty and possibly blocked. We recently moved into the house, so we had no idea how long it had been since servicing or maintenance. He left us with good information and recommendations if problems arrive again.

    Garage Door service

    garage door had faulty spring, made a call and they dispatched technician, he(Eric) called ahead of time to make sure we were home, was friendly ,courteous, and knowledgable. Pleased with service and recommendations regarding future service and care of our garage door.
