    Amazing Service

    Came home around 8:30pm to find the garage door broken. The cable had snapped and needed it fixed immediately. A friend recommended to call the company and Steve literally came within 15 minutes. Steve got the door opened and replaced all the broken parts. Very thankful for the amazing service. Would definitely recommend.

    garage door

    eric gave me a quote one day and had the door in the next day---good service --he explained everything and made sure I was happy with it---he was a clean worker and friendly---I would recommend him to anyone including family---bruce

    Emergency garage door repair

    Had an emergency garage door repair that was needed in the evening when the manufacturer was closed. The door was off the horizontal rack that was damaged, creating an unsafe situation for my family and vehicles. Great service from Oleg who fixed it. Thank you!

    Garage door repair

    Emailed in the mid morning and the tech came out mid afternoon , the Sunday of a long weekend ! The tech , Simon was very courteous and efficient , fixed the door in no time and got us functioning again . Very impressed and would recommend to anyone !

    kinked cabled repair

    What a pleasant experience - never have I been happier to spend money on a repair. One of the garage door cables became kinked and the door wouldn't open. Of course, the car was inside and it was the Friday afternoon of the Labour Day holiday weekend. After numerous fruitless calls to many who profess 24/7 emergency repair (apparently holidays are excluded), I lucked out and Eric cheerfully appeared on Saturday morning. He quickly fixed the problem and explained what had happened. I mentioned that I was about to replace the doors in the following weeks and he gave me some great advice and a reasonable quote for some new doors and capping. He also suggested I think about updating my older garage door openers that were 20+ years old. Two other quotes were already scheduled for the Tuesday after the holiday, and I am tempted to simply cancel those appointments and go with The Door Master. A quick peek on Homestars confirmed that this company is one of the best. This is a terrific example of how friendly customer service by a knowledgeable professional can lead to a unexpected larger sale. The next review will be following the purchase and installation of new doors!

    Replace cable on my garage door

    Today is Friday, start of Labour Day long weekend, I guess it's very difficult to find a garage door technician. Luckily "The Door Master" came to my rescue. Out of 6 companies I called, their technician (Josh) is the only one who called me back quick (within 15 mins) and told me that he would be at my house within 30 minutes. Josh is very professional, experienced & honest. The $150 price (includes 1 pair of 1/8-inch 9-ft cable & installation fee) is a bit of the high side (lowest is $95) but you get super quick and good quality service with 3-yr warranty. I'm very satisfy with "The Door Master" and their technician "Josh". Highly recommend!

    Garage door lock out

    We had problem with garage remote and keypad. The garage was locked out and we did not have the garage door vault keys. The tech Oleg was very helpful, professional, efficient and funny. He helped us to fix the keypad/remote as well after drilled the vault lock system, opened the garage door and reinstalled a new vault lock. Highly recommended. Thank you, Oleg!

    Garage Door was not shutting

    Our garage door was not shutting and Steve came and not only fixed the cables but also had a great sense of humor and oiled our motor so it would go smoother. He was awesome! Highly recommend!

    Broken Door

    I called the Door Master after my garage door seized and was quickly set up with an appointment the same day. Eric the technician was great, very professional! He quickly identified the problem, and had the door fixed and tested. Great work, I will definably recommend your services to everyone!

    Garage Repair

    Initially, my garage door is not able to close all the way because the technician installed the plates that connects the door and the cable is installed too low so it was lifting the door up. I called the head office and they sent the same technician back. Second time, the technician had came by and adjusted the bracket, however, the garage door is still not touching the ground. He is telling me that my door is slanted and there is nothing that can be done unless we get a new door. I'm very unhappy with the result. I called the head office and they sent the a more senior technician back. Third time, Steve had came and adjusted the springs and the motor cable. The door now works perfectly fine, it goes all the way to the ground. He provided me with good advice on how to maintain the door.
