    Garage Door Opener

    I called the Door Master to book an appointment and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. Eric showed up and explained my options, which included repairing the broken gear on the existing opener (20 years old!) or the cost of a new installation. I choose to go with the new installation. Eric was professional, friendly and informative. There was no pressure, and he was happy to answer any questions I had. Definitely would use their service again.

    Garage Door

    I bought a door from this company in 2015. The installation was flawless. Steve and Eric were a pleasure to deal with at the time. Recently it was necessary to have some minor adjustments done, and the company responded quickly. Oleg arrived on time to do the job. He was courteous and patient, taking his time to ensure all was well before leaving. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new garage door.

    Prompt, professional and meticulous work.

    My garage door came off the track late at night (cable spun out). I called The Door Master and they called me back within minutes, I explained my situation to the dispatcher and she had a technician call me back (within minutes as well). Eric, the technician, arrived promptly and gave me a reasonable quote of 200.00 + taxes for the job which included replacement parts as well (no after hours emergency charges like other companies I called). The Door Master charges $29.00 to come out and quote on the job (very reasonable) and if you decide to do the work quoted then it is applied to your bill. Eric was very professional and meticulous. The work took about an hour. I will definitely recommend The Door Master to my friends. The Door Master is the real deal and has now become my go to maintenance/repair service. Thank you for the prompt professional service.

    Repair the Garage Door

    We had a spring problem with our gargage door. Called The Door Master and they sent their technical expert Oleg to address the problem. He arrived shortly after we called. OLEG was was very professional and informative. Great job Oleg. Thank you the Door Master, thank you Oleg.

    Garage Door

    I can honestly say that Door Master stands behind their product. I called them yesterday and Steve came today as scheduled. He explained the service call succinctly and made adjustments as necessary without a charge. My door is working much better now. I had a spring replaced this past winter and that visit was professional as well. If you need work done, I recommend this company. Steve is the owner and he works hard to keep a great reputation. BRAVO!

    Garage Door Opener

    We were having problems with the opener on our 27 year old garage door. I assumed that we would need a new opener plus a new door. The technician,Eric, said that we needed a new opener but assured us that the door was perfectly fine. The installation was completed the next day. Eric was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are very impressed with the integrity of this company.

    garage door repair

    Josh did a good job. Friendly and efficient. Came on time and really no more to say. But I need to fill 30 words! So I have to keep going. This should not be necessary!

    Garage Door Repair

    My garage door spring broke and the door opener ripped out of the top mount. I had a few companies quote and they all quoted $900 + to repair and switched to trying to sell me a new door at $1500. (I needed 2 so $3000. Julien from Door Master was great, he cut to the chase and offered to replace the spring, install a new top panel (with windows that matched my other door) for $450. Done deal! He came back the next day and completed the work quickly and efficiently and my door works really well and looks great too for a lot less than the other companies. Julien was a pleasure to deal with, good sense of humor, direct, honest and offered really good advice. Most importantly he delivered exactly what he had promised on time and at the right price. Extremely impressed.

    repair broken spring

    Great customer service, was very nice service technician. Did great job not only fixing the broken spring, but also doing an overall tune up. Lubed all hinges and bearings, tightened chain that was too loose. Gave several pointers on how to properly maintain. Very knowledgeable with a great personality considering the time of night it was and we both had worked long days. Was left hanging by the number one rated company, waited three hrs for tech only to finally receive a call saying he could be there in another 1.5 hrs or maybe I should reschedule. The Door Master picked up the slack , showed up when they said they would and got the job done efficiently. I would recommend this company if all you need is your garage door fixed without all the other BS.

    Garage door not closing properly

    The garage door sensor was blocked by objects, so nothing was really wrong with the door, it was our fault. The technician was honest about it and very educational and friendly.
