    Carpet Cleaning Calgary

    I am writing my review for Shawn Garland. Awesome Service! Great Guy! He was very informative as to care of carpets after the cleaning. Friendly, helpful and did a Super Job!

    Clean downstairs carpet and stairs

    Your technician Shawn Garland was not only on time for the appointment but was a bit early.great timing.Shawn went through what he would do and gave me some options but didn't try to upsell. He completed the task in an hour and did an outstanding job.We were very pleased with the result.5 out of 5 stars David and Diana

    SERVICE, CARPET CLEANING AND DRYER DUCT CLEANING

    Thoroughly enjoyed having Doug , from Steam Dry Canada, over to clean my dryer duct one day and my carpets the next day. He was professional, courteous, and personable on both occasions, and did a fabulous job, especially with my carpets, which I thought were beyond cleaning and would have to be replaced. I was amazed they came out so clean on the stairs!, white colored carpets are now white again! Thanks Doug, I will keep your card handy. Linda.... in Nanaimo

    Duct Cleaning

    We ordered duct cleaning through Steam Dry Canada, which was a very unfortunate mistake. Steam Dry's employee showed up and after looking inside the furnace for a few seconds, immediately informed us that we needed to have the furnace cleaned in addition to the ducts. He wouldn't clean the ducts unless we paid an extra $160 to clean the furnace. This furnace is 4-5 years old and has an upgraded filtration system. Since we didn't think we had a choice, we agreed and at least we hoped the service would be performed well. Steam Dry's one employee was able to perform the duct cleaning on 18 registers AND clean the inside of the furnace, which we apparently needed, all in 30 minutes. Basically we were charged for nothing. We called their customer service and after being passed to a manager, we were told he would try to "knock" $80 off the price. He didn't seem to care that the whole job was done in 30 minutes, which is impossible. This is the kind of story you see on the news. I wouldn't expect it from a company like this.

    Good morning, we are sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing the work order, you were not charged $160 to clean the furnace. There was a charge for $40 to clean the ac coil, $40 to clean the blower fan and $80 to sanitize the duct system. These are all charges that could have been declined. They are clearly stated on the invoice which was signed. If there was an issue with the services provided, this could have been addressed at the time of payment and before the invoice was signed. These services were clearly communicated and agreed upon before being performed. We would be more then happy to have another technician come out to your home and go over the work performed if you do not feel it was adequate. Our manager John Della Mora has also communicated this to your wife but she stated that she wanted you present and would get back to us. We understand that you would be quite busy seeing that your wife is pregnant and our offer still stands.     Carpet cleaning

    When I need carpet cleaning, I always think of Steam Dry Canada. As a landlord, I have had multiple opportunities to use SDC & every time they fully impress. Shawn Garland is a hard-working, knowledgeable pro who not only takes care of the task at hand, but provides great advice about keeping our carpets looking & performing their best.

    Carpet cleaning

    We have been very pleased with every cleaning Steam Dry Canada has performed for us. We are especially happy with Shawn Garland's customer service. He has been friendly, professional and gone above and beyond every time.

    Upholstery Cleaning Success

    Shawn Garland was on time, fast and did an amazing job of our filthy love seat. Thanks so much! I won't hesitate to call again for my sofa and upholstery cleaning needs.

    Shawn Garland is passionate about his job. He takes the time to do it right. He is the only one I use. Many people feel the same way. So If you want it done right, ask for Shawn.
