    Carpet cleaning

    Shawn Garland was very professional and knowledgable. A valuable asset to your company. Gave great advice on what treatments carpet needed. Smell left the house after the treatment and old carpets looked almost new.

    duct cleaning and sanitizing

    Brad was very professional and efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and was patient with all our queries. Brad was friendly and obviously knows what he is doing. We are very impressed with Brad. He was respectful and very pleasant to talk to. I will use this service again without hesitation and would highly recommend Steam Dry Canada to my friends and family.

    House Carpet cleaning

    Tech rushed through with the cleaning. The times I was standing and asked him to work on getting the stain removed, he got it out, most times, and when I thought he has the idea now how to do it, he basically wet the carpet and left. He told us not to walk on wet carpet so I didn't inspect before he left. Very disappointed with the service. Basically googled and requested service but will not recommend this company. They quoted me $139 on the phone but my actual bill was $271.00. Tech charged extra to sanitize the carpet.

    Duct Cleaning

    Brad was awesome! He not only explained the services, but he showed me what he was doing in a very non-intrusive way. He up-sold me on two additional items, but that was because he explained why and was very knowledgeable. His courteous, professional way of conducting business made what most would view as a "dirty job", one that he was clearly proud of and obviously wanted to do very well. At one point I asked him why he was showing me everything, because he certainly didn't have to, and he said "I'm a consumer too, so I understand the value of understanding why we pay for a service". Outstanding service, and I would highly recommend this company and Brad to anyone that wants a professional job at reasonable prices.

    Carpet cleaning

    Excellent job done by Roger and thank you to John to make it a great experience for me. My carpets look brand new and clean. I was thinking of replacing them but in less money I had a brand new look now.

    Shawn G. did a great job

    We just had our carpets cleaned by Shawn G. and I was compelled to write a review due to the exceptional service we received. (4 rooms, a hall, 18 steps, a landing and a Lazy Boy recliner.) Shawn was professional, courteous and extremely competent. He, and the team supporting him, exceeded our expectations. We will be sure to utilize the other services offered due to the positive experience and competitive pricing. Thanks Shawn! Keep up the good work.

    duct and dryer vent cleaning

    Brad was very helpful and very pleasant. He was conscious of the fact hat we had an infant in the home and advised ahead of time when the noise would be increasingly loud, same goes for the smell of the sterilizing service. We ha da very good experience and would use his service again without a doubt.

    Fast good quality cleaning

    Shawn is an amazing tech and did such a great job cleaning our carpet. As soon as it's was washed you could already tell the difference. It was a pleasant surprise to even smell the difference being a dog owner. Your looking for an amazing clean ask for Shawn!!

    Furnace and ducts cleaning

    Brad was great. I just renovated my house and wanted all the ducts cleaned up before winter. He was very professional and did great job cleaningtye ducts and the furnace. He also explained all the process to me before to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Brad

    Shawn our carpet cleaner

    Shawn did a super job cleaning our carpets that have a lot of traffic including a big dog. Very experienced, polite & friendly and gave us good advice regarding the carpet in our home. Thanks, will have him back.
