    Juan Aracena was an excellent technician !

    Carpets looked great and Juan was very knowledgeable and friendly! He was quick and efficient gave me porper foot wear for around the house and tips for my next cleaning.

    Carpet cleaning

    Excellent service by Juan ! Carpet looks amazing . I agree with previous review regarding the dampness of carpet? It is very damp and wet and doesnt feel like a high powered machine removed excess water !

    Clean and Happy

    Thank you, Brad for your help today. We had our vents and furnace cleaned along with sanitization complete. He provided me with some solutions for better maintenance of our filter and awareness on the status of our furnace. Thanks again!

    Carpet cleaning

    Did an amazing job. Carpet turned out really clean. Very friendly and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Will absolutely get the same service again in the future.

    Carpet Cleaning

    The technician, Juan, did an excellent job, and was very pleasant and personable. He was efficient and my carpets look fantastic. Only one small complaint is that the website says that the carpets usually dry in 2 - 6 hours ("our high powered extraction, which removes all excess water and residue, allowing drying usually within 2-6 hours."), however it has now been 7 hours since my cleaning was completed and my carpets are still damp, and hence I cannot put my house back together.

    Carpet cleaning

    We purchased our carpets last year. As part of the warranty, cleaning was included in the initial purchase price. We had a very good experience. Jimmy Ly, our technician did a great job. He called before coming. He was very polite and professional. He worked quickly. We are very satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to recommend him and this company.

    area rug cleaning

    Matthew Price came by assessed the shag rug, said it would take a while to dry - took it to shop and returned it a few days later. Matthew is polite, professional and on-time. Good customer service.

    Dryer Duct Cleaning

    I live in Richmond, B.C., and I never knew that dryer ducts should be cleaned every 1-2 years to prevent fire hazard and to promote the optimum function of my dryer. We had not have any dryer duct cleaning for 7 years. What prompted us to have our dyer duct cleaned was when our dryer stopped producing heat. The LG approved technician fixed our dryer and took out about one medium size black garbage bag of lint from our dryer. We clean our dryer's lint trap religiously, but never the dryer duct. "The Home Depot" technician, Brad, cleaned our dryer duct thoroughly, and he even vacuumed inside our laundry room, after vacuuming outside where the outer vent is. He was very meticulous and even fixed and taped with metal tape the metal hose that connects our dryer to the vent. Job well done Brad.

    Dryer Duct Cleaning

    Our dryer was not working well and called Home Depot to send a dryer cleaning technician to clean ducts. Brad was our technician from Steam Dry Canada who Home Depot uses for this service. Brad was excellent. He went above and beyond the duct cleaning diagnosing the issue of a improper pest screen causing lint to clog which was the cause of our dryer not working properly. Not only did he do the duct cleaning but took the time to cut out the screen so this issue would not repeat again. Friendly and professional service. I will use them again should I need this service in the future
