    Carpet Cleaning

    Juan Aracena was terrific. Shook my hand to introduce himself and Thanked me for my business and shook my hand again. He worked hard and did extras. He really appreciated his job and has been with the company 4 years! that says loyalty and job satisfaction.

    Carpet cleaning by Juan was great!

    Juan did a great job! He showed up on time and got right to work! He was friendly and did a great job cleaning our carpets! I will be call Juan back in the future.

    Duct Cleaning, Furnace Cleaning

    All work done well and in a very timely manner. Arrived and finished work on time. Vents cleaned, furnace cleaned and sanitized. Brad was an excellent technician to deal with.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Arvin came to clean our furnace and ducts and was very professional, polite and friendly. Great service at a reasonable price. Booking was easy and the time line of the appointment was accurate and included a phone call half an hour ahead to let me know when he would arrive. I would recommend this service.

    Duct, Furnace Cleaning - Great Experience

    We have a large home with over 30 vents. Brad was our technician and he was professional, knowledgable and efficient. We would highly recommend Brad to anyone and will be reaching out to him for any future needs. We ended up opting for additional cleaning and for a permanent, washable furnace filter, increasing the final cost for us which we were fine with.

    Duct Cleaning

    Techician name " Malak singh" was very friendly and professional. He respected all the privacy and rules of the house and did a good job. Leaving a really goodimpression. Keep up the good work.

    Great knowledge and friendly technician

    My technician, Juan was very helpful and had great knowledge of my carpet and matress. I have just done carpet cleaning by another company but I would definitely switch to Steam Dry from now on. Thanks to Juan!!!

    Attempted Duct Cleaning

    Steam Dry Canada was very difficult to deal with from day 1. It took them 4 different attempts to show up at the right day and time and this was over a span of 3 weeks. Every time a new appointment was scheduled, the tech would be coming on a different day. Super annoying and unprofessional. Further from there the tech finally showed up with 2 guys that were on training. They didnt alert me of what there plan was and bored extra holes into my ducts by accident. There attempt to seal failed and I will now have to have my HVAC guy do a replacement.

    Good afternoon, we are sorry to hear about your experience with our service. Customer service is extremely important to us. We have looked through our schedule and cannot find a "JC" so we cannot contact you directly. With proper duct cleaning, it is necessary to cut an access hole to hook up the vacuum hose directly to the HVAC system. We then need to drill a few 1" holes to send down the skipper lines. These steps are required for proper cleaning and if a company does not do this, they are taking a short cut. Please note that this is additional work and if we did not care about the quality of service, we would not perform these tasks as we do not charge to do this. Thanks Steam Dry Customer Care

    Hot Water tank issue

    Worst service ever. Technician didn't spent even 5 minutes assessing the problem and told me the problem was the thermocouple. He changed it and charged $200. 10 minutes after he left I discovered the problem was still there and a leak on top of the gas burner. Then he toldd me by phone I needed to change the water tank and pay $1200 more. Manager gave me $80 rebate on the thermocouple. For that I gave them a rating of 2 instead of 1.

    Good evening, we are sorry that you feel that way about the service that you had. After looking into it, you contacted our company Friday night after hours and we had a tech out to your home on Saturday to assess the issue. We have a $99 charge for the service call and if there were any parts required. At the time of the call no water was seen leaking probably due to the tank not heating up causing the crack to expand. The thermocouple tested faulty and the tank was operational after we left. You contacted us to come back out as you stated the tank wasn't working and we did so the same day. That was when the leak was discovered. You inquired what the cost of a new 50 gallon water tank is and our tech said that the cost would be around $1200. Our technician was informed that you were going to shop around. We received a call from yourself stating that you found a cheaper place to purchase the tank and that you didn't want to pay for the thermocouple. We came to the conclusion that was fair and refunded you for the part. Unfortunately, the $99 is not refundable as our technicians time needs to be compensated for. We understand your concern but we don't believe that it fair to say that it was the worst service ever. Sincerely Steam Dry Canada Customer Care

    Great service, friendly technician

    Had these guys in to clean my furnace ducting, furnace and dryer vent. They are professional, timely and thorough. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for these services. My technician was Brad, and he was very personable also.
