    Carpets Shampooed

    Theo came and cleaned our carpets today, he was very professional, and the carpets and 2 sets of stairs look great! Thanks Theo, I would use Steam Dry again. (1st time)

    Upholstery Cleaning

    This was one of the worst jobs I've seen. The kid they sent out to clean our couch, really complained about removing his shoes when I asked him to. He asked if we could bring the chairs downstairs so he wouldn't have to take his shoes off!! Are you kidding me!! I told him no we couldn't, and he begrudgingly removed them. When we get upstairs he starts cleaning the couch and keeps saying..."this is not coming clean". Then he finally said that if we paid $40 more for the sanitizing, it would come cleaner. When I balked at that he said he would do it for free as long as I gave him a "generous tip"! I said sure, just to see what this kid was going to do. Then and only then, did he go outside to the truck and bring in the bottle of pre-treatment. Well of course, I was wondering why he hadn't used it in the first place, but now I understood his shakedown. I didn't call him on his dishonesty because I didn't want him destroying my furniture. But the next day when it had all dried, it was obvious that all he did was move the dirt around. Now I have a couch that is streaked with dirt and has patches of dirt all over it. Not only was this kid incompetent, but he was completely dishonest as well. While he was here, I phoned the company and asked them about the pre-treatment and sanitizing, and they confirmed that sanitizing did not remove dirt any better. I also told them what the kid was saying to me, and what a lousy job he was doing. There was no manager available to take my call, but the woman I talked to assured me she would pass along the info to the kid's manager. Since I have heard nothing back from the company I can only assume that they are fully aware and supportive of their employee's deceit. I cannot emphasize enough...Stay Away From This Company!!

If you could please call us back to set up a service call to reclean your sofa at no charge, we would be more then happy to send out a supervisor to perform the cleaning for you.     Furnace Cleaning

    Shiraz Welgi, came to my home to clean our furnace and the first thing my so and I noticed was he removed his boots. I have an old carpet and still he showed great respect, I appreciate that. We were having a trying day around here and Shiraz merely went about his business with no problem. He worked hard and my son said he did an excellent job. I immediately felt the air seemed better in here, that could be me but I felt good that the work was done. Shiraz noticed that our water heater was leaking and recommended Home Depot, we had a different company in but did in fact go to Home Depot and purchased a water heater which will be installed at 2 o'clock today. This was due to his recommendation so I would like him credited for that referral. All in all this was an extremely wonderful experience dealing with Shiraz. Thank you very much.....

    Carpet cleaning

    Theo the technician explained the cost, how the cleaning will turn out and the safety aspects of the job. Also explained how to avoid furniture damage. Quality and speedy service.

    Rug Cleaning

    They openly communicated with us what the best approach would be and what to expect. They scheduled a date and time (with a two hour window & not a 4 hour window like so many others) and showed up as scheduled. We received the finished rugs on time. They were very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. We have used other rug cleaning companies in the Toronto area that heavily advertise and seem to be all over the place. Steam Dry Canada was by far and away the better deal and the better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaner.

    Residential Carpet Clean

    I had my Mother's home carpets cleaned yesterday. Theo was the service person. He was great! He advised by phone in advance re: arrival time. Overall, he was friendly and very competent. He took the time to explain the process involved and the various options available for optimum results. When introduced to my Mom, Theo was engaging and respectful. Based on this experience and the service offered by Theo, your company's representative, I would readily recommend carpet cleaning through Home Depot and your company to other friends and associates.

    Duct Cleaning

    Jimmy was thorough, informative, and offered suggestions on how to save money in the long run. While I had to do a bit of sweeping afterwards near the vents, this was minor. I was satisfied with the service!

    Extremely satisfied with the technician. He was very kind and courteous and went above and beyond by giving me cleaning tips and helping me move a few furniture items! Thanks Theo :)

    carpet cleaning

    I have been using this company for at least 5 years and have always been happy but the last time the price went up by over 30% for the same service! I have tried 4 times to contact the manager to discuss the increase, but he hasn't phoned me back at all. They've just lost a good customer! Very disappointed.

    carpet cleaning

    Theo, my service man did a great job, and he was very friendly. I had my carpet hall and and 3 bedrooms done as well as one set of stairs.
