    Carpet Cleaning

    Cleaning done by Theo. Extremely professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Would recommend him to anyone. Very satisfied with service. Punctual. Such a pleasure dealing with someone like that.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Theo (I think that was his name?) came to clean the carpets in the suite we were moving out of. It was very hard to access (3 companies had told me over the phone they couldn't do it) and upon arrival, Theo wasn't sure he'd be able to do it either. The homeowner (our landlord) was not at all helpful in providing additional access, and it looked like perhaps the carpets would not get cleaned, but Theo wasn't deterred! He took another look around the property, called his manager to bring additional hoses and went around the side of the building and in through a window so that he could clean our carpets. He was so kind & understanding, and could easily have said, "Nope, we can't reach you'll have to call a different company" but he persevered and did the job at no additional charge. I was very happy & impressed.

    Cleaning carpets

    Theo was professional throughout the whole carpet cleaning process even though the machine he was using was not working properly. It took him twice as long to do the carpet .He continued til the end and did a very thorough job. He apologized for the inconvenience he caused. Very nice man

    Carpet Cleaning Service

    On Friday May 1, 2015, at 8:25 Steam Dry Canada came to my house to get my carpets cleaned. The special was $99 for 3 rooms and hall. The tech talked me into another cleaning service which was at a cost of $218.00. The tech left and 9:10 AM, and was told the rooms will be dy within 4 - 5 hours. Inspecting the service provided, I was very disappointed on the quality of service and contact Steam Dry Canada, Calgary location to have a re-do of the service provided. I was told the tech will be at my house between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, contacting both Calgary and Home Office and was told they do not know when the tech will arrive!! The tech has not arrived and at this time I do not know when the tech will arrive. My carpets are still wet and it has been over 24 hours. Yesterday is was 18C and I had my heat on to try and dry the carpets. i

    steam dry carpet cleaning

    I would recommend SteamDryCanada to anyone. Theo, the representative, was very professional and knowledgeable and removed some of my toughest carpet stains. I am really happy with the fact that I was able to get a Saturday appointment from my Friday call. I am definitely going to call for service again. :)

    Carpet Cleanin

    Roger came to do the carpet in my house's rooms and did an amazing job! Was polite and took time to explain things before he started the service! I would recommend him and the company as well.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Theo from Steam Dry Canada did a very efficient and and great job cleaning the carpets in the bedrooms of the condo! I definitely will recommend Steam Dry Canada and use them again.

    carpet cleaning

    Theo came to our house this morning to get our carpets cleaned. He arrived right on time! He was courteous and did a great job. We were very happy with the results.

    carpet cleaning

    Theo came across as professional, dedicated and most importantly trustworthy. I didn't have any hesitation after meeting him to leave the whole house at his disposal and run some errands. His work was very detailed and I highly recommend him.

    carpet cleaning

    Theo did a thorough job cleaning of fifty four carpeted stairs and two rooms and two hall ways today. He prepared and did the cleaning professionally. Well done by Theo.
