This bathroom was a bit of a challenge, after doing the demolition we found numerous things that needed to be upgraded in order to give a professional finish that will last. We ended up installing new floor joist, all new plumbing drainage and water lines, and re framing of the ceiling due to water damage from the roof. Although there was unforeseen extra work to be done, the finish product was amazing. We did a herringbone pattern on the floor with a long slender tile that looks great, and really stands out. You guys were very kind and a joy to work for, I was happy to help with this project. Thank you and enjoy.

This bathroom was very out dated and had the old builders brown colour theme going on. With a total gut and new white subway tile with the herringbone install, and a black hexagon floor tile, really gave it a nice fresh look we were going for. The original layout in this bathroom had made the space look a lot smaller and had a very awkward feel to it due to were the fixtures were placed. We gutted the bathroom and moved all the fixtures on the same wall and added a custom open shelving unit. In the end the layout became more functional and made the bathroom look a lot bigger by utilizing all the space we had. Love that herringbone pattern of the tile install.

This renovation was one of the biggest jobs I have done. This house had a giant bathroom with a sauna and jacuzzi bath tub, which ate up a lot of space on the second floor, it also had a very small ensuite bathroom. The quote involved turning the old giant bathroom in to a 9x5 family bathroom and adding a bedroom, also extending the ensuite bathroom by a few feet to make it more functional. The end result was beautiful. The family bathroom has an amazing pattern for the floor tile which the client chose and looks beautiful. Ameera and Ethan have a good eye for colour and design. The ensuite bathroom has a huge walk in custom shower with a bench, the tile we installed was 24 by 48 for the walls in the marble Cerarra, and a black 12x12 hexagon for the floors. The added bedroom not only added value to the house but room for an extra family member in the near future. It was a pleasure taking on this job. Most bathrooms I do are a smaller size, but this job was a challenge with all the obstacles in place and the trouble shooting. I'm super happy with the result and I know the clients are too. This bathroom was a small renovation, gut and re do, all fixtures were upgraded including a new window. This was one of the first renovations we did where the house had renters living in the house while we were renovating. We cleaned the house thoroughly everyday and the job went quickly without any delay. In the end the outcome was just what we were looking for, having a fully functional low maintenance bathroom that will last for a long time to come. This house had all the original fixtures and tub from around the 1950s, with the old cast iron tub down to the original old radiator. We gutted the bathroom and re did the plumbing stack along with installing a new custom shower with the roller glass system, a new updated rad, and some recessed medicine cabinets for space saving. This renovation was a small straight forward re and re job, removal of old existing fixtures and install new in the same spot. We upgraded the window with a single hung vinyl window and did a shower nice which turned out great. The floor tile was especially amazing as it had a pattern on every individual tile which had to be installed randomly. In the end we got the look we were going for and the clients were very happy with the outcome. Love that floor tile.
