Wow... Very knowledgeable... After 8 different inspectors tried to trouble shoot my furnace issues Climax fixed it in half an hour. I couldn’t be happier on a this -40 degree day.

I called and spoke to Sam about what I thought might be the furnace short-cycling, meaning it would come on but cut out before reaching the set temperature, and then repeat over and over. I wanted Sam to come and diagnose and repair the issue. Sam suggested that the filter being dirty and requiring replacement can sometimes create this problem. He did acknowledge that it could be something else but suggested that before he comes, that I change the filter and save money if that was the fix. So far - so good! It seems to have made a difference, and the temperature is on the rise - which is great in -30 degree weather! Thanks, Sam! Your reviews here speak to your character, and this experience affirms it. Very nice service! Great guy, very punctual, compare to other companies, they find the right part and quickly fix the issues. The price is good, Sam is polite and easy to deal with.

Sam came to an emergency call at 8pm to our house to solve a very serious heat/furnace/frozen pipes problem (in one of the coldest nights of the season). He is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He is one of the best trades professionals I have ever worked with.

I called this company because there was something wrong with my radiators. One half is cool while the other half is hot. Apparently, I needed to bleed the air which is a simple fix/maintenance issue and I guess something homeowners should just know. They saved me time and money. They could have easily taken advantage of me and come visit and charge me for something simple but they didn't. Next time I have a problem with a/c or heating I will call them for service. Good stuff.

Furnace dies on Jan 1, Sam came in and found the problem. Though a piece was on backorder, he fixed what he could and we are now up and running. If Sam comes to your house, consider yourself lucky. Friendly and efficient! Thanks!

My fan coil was blowing cold air when it was set on heat mode. We had already figured out that it was the actuator that was faulty. I contacted Sam and he was able to come the same night, within 2 hours, 8pm on a holiday Monday! He replaced it within 15 mins and was friendly and professional. Will definitely call him again if we need any more work or parts. Thanks Sam. I really appreciate the immediate service outside of business hours.

Show up ontime, looked at the issue and started to work immediately. After finishing the repair , still looked at other elements that could affect future problems and pointed them out and explained the caused and consequences of each short and long term. Great service and detailed
