Sam assisted in cleaning two HVAC units never properly cleaned by the developer and I look forward to better heat distribution. His service was thorough, clean, and he explained the process.

A technician named Sam arrived at my door about two hours after I placed a service call. He was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem within one minute and completed his work within a half-hour. Climax Air Conditioning is at the top of my list for my next service call.

We've used this company on more than one occasion, and service has always been fast and reasonably priced. Heat went out one of the coldest days of the year, and we were able to get the required part installed in a short amount of time. Very accommodating with our work schedules as well.

Boiler failed in winter. After a few hours unsuccessfully attempting to get it started, we made an appointment. Sam was punctual, very efficient, friendly and polite. All sorted in 15 minutes. Very impressive.

had furnace fail on extreme cold weekend night, Climax were the only company to send repairman, determined that vent fan motor needed replacement, when motor was availanle on monday morning, came back, installed motor and had it running befote 11 am. Very competent and prompt service. Will definitely use in future for furnace and h.w.h. service and repair.

I used this service twice now, last summer had a problem with AC, and now with furnace on the coldest night in decades. Technician came in 10.30pm on Sat and fixed it in 20min. Really appreciate such a late service. Already referred people to this company.
