We called CJL Plumbing & Heating to service our Moen bath tub faucet, as we weren't able to remove the stuck cartridge and we're without water. Cody was very friendly and helpful over the phone consultation and told us he could come on short notice. Throughout the service, Cody took the time to explain the process and was skillful to respond to any questions and concerns we had. He was also professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire service. We paid exactly what was quoted and his honesty was greatly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him to our friends and family as well. Thank you for the piece of mind.

I found a small leak in my basement. Called Cody at cjl and he was able to come the next day (it was not an urgent leak) and was right on time. He was able to find and fix 2 cracks found in a drainage pipe from the kitchen. Cody was thorough to make sure all leaks were fixed (that's how he found the second crack in the pipe). Would definitely call again for my next plumbing issue.

Cody, as usual, was prompt, quick and price was very good. Total replacement took only 2 days and place was left super neat and clean. Have had Cody in before and will certainly use his company again.

Cody was very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I had an issue with my pipes making loud sounds and it was able to come assess the issue the day after I called him and he knew exactly what the issue was. I would definitely recommend CJL Plumbing.

I had a hot water tank that required replacing after 24 years. After calling a plumber who I had used prior but dealt mainly with plugged drains, he referred CJL to me. Cody at CJL was very accommodating in arranging a date and time to install a new 50 gallon hot water tank. Cody arrived on time and installed the tank without issue. I had questions regarding the humidifer I had and he was pleasant to talk to and answered of all the questions I had. I would recommend CJL, good job Cody.

I thought it was about time to get rid of the Poly B piping in my house. A couple of years ago I had a leak but was very lucky as it was in the only unfinished part of the house, the laundry room that had a drain in the floor two meters from the leak. I called Cjl at that time to repair it and Cody was fast, polite, efficient and clean. So when it came time for the bigger job I gave him a call. The quote he gave me was slightly higher,(that what I ended up paying) but it was also two years old. So I actually expected to pay more money. But when he came around to do the job he said he would still honour the original quote. When the job was complete and he gave me the bill I was pleasantly surprised at the lower price. He told me it was done faster than he thought so I shouldn't have to pay for the time he didn't have to work. Great Job, from an Honest person. Thanks. Geoffrey

Cody is quick, knowledgable and gets the job done right. He not only does a fine job but is a valuable source of information and freely hands out great advice about how to keep your house plumbing system working in good order. He is the only one on my list for all things plumbing related.

Exceptional customer service, identified builder deficiencies and quickly just fixed them. Simple process for us to claim the replacement part under warranty. On time and responded quickly. Wasn’t in a rush to just get the job done - stayed to ensure 100 accuracy. Highly recommend.
