I am the first time house buyer coming from condo so when it comes to a last minute home inspection before closing the sale, it would bring up enormous stress and hassles down the way. While shopping around, I picked someone who was one of those with the best rating and popularity on Yelp, when I called him, he said he wouldn't do it because he doesn't cover my area. Instead, he brought up Chris' name and recommended him for well known expertise and great service, even if Chris was one of his best rivals in the mark. He was correct. Chris showed his great knowledge from experience, very professional and pleasant attitude so that a novice like me when it comes to home inspection didn't feel uncomfortable asking and learning every piece of good info around every corner during the inspection, gave him his honest opinion even about how to initiate fix process if I decided to purchase this house. I invited other professionals for environmental check during the inspection, Chris worked with them, providing them with his inputs and even had them go back in area when he had a different opinion about and they eventually acknowledged it and changed their report. His service didn't end when he emailed the inspection report but continued to help me understand anything I would bring back up from his report or later discovery from site that didn't go in the report. With less than a month left before the completion, I need to research on insurance, fix or anything that is needed and his report is a great reference to provide me a good insight on how to handle the remaining complex tasks. I would recommend Chris for anyone who purchases property and for my future investment without a doubt.
