    Inspection

    Professional, friendly, knowledgable and helpful - even several weeks after the inspection. I've very glad we were referred to Chris by our realtor and I would gladly refer him myself.

    Home Inspection

    Chris offered great service in a timely manner. He was responsive to our concerns and offered a clear thorough report on the same day as the inspection. It was key to have our inspector offer his assessment quickly based on our closing date. I will use Chris for my next inspection and fully recommend him to offer timely professional services.

    Home Inspection

    Chris was great. We needed a thorough home inspection completed last minute before offers were due on a home we were looking to buy. Chris was great, he was very friendly and was able to get the job done within 24 hours. He provided us with a very thorough report as well as walking us through the "red flags" we needed to be aware of. I will use Chris again and would recommend him to anyone looking to do an inspection on a home.

    Condo Inspection

    Chris demonstrated excellent knowledge of codes and technical matters, was very thorough in performing the inspection and patient in answering questions. He also was effective in explaining the relative importance of identified issues.

    Home Inspection

    Chris is a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. He provides great insight, and educates home buyers along the way. The end report is detailed, and provided in a very timely manner.

    House Inspection

    I found Chris on this website and I am extremely pleased that I did. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered all my questions before, during and after the inspection. He was very thorough with his work and pointed out everything that I need to know, both verbally and on the written report, with emphasis on the most urgent needs for attention. The report is detailed and easy to read. I would not hesitate to call Chris again in the future. Highly recommended.

    House inspection

    Chris will always be our expert if we need to inspect a house. Chris used his expertise to prevent us to place an offer for a problematic house. Initially my husband and I both liked this house because of its location, interior design, and view of the ocean. Our offer got accepted and Chris was recommended by our agent to us to do the house inspection before subject removal. He just saved us! Even before going into the house, Chris already found big problem with it. He told us this house is rooted in a slope without any solid structure embracing it. Consequently, rains could probably wash away the dirt and it is likely that the house may drift along the slope in the future! Without Chris' expertise, we can never know this serious defect of this house and we can't image how we will suffer if we bought it! Chris definitely saved us from making a bad decision, his suggestions during the search for our dream house is invaluable.

    Hi Jade, Thanks for your kind words. It is rare that an issue with such immediate implications are identified at the outset of an inspection. Steeps slopes can be problematic if not properly retained and the implications to a home can be catastrophic. That said almost any issue can be fixed if you have the desire and the money to do it. Part of a home inspection is to match the needs of the homes with the wants of the buyers. When the two do not meet up ultimately it is your decision to walk away.     Home Inspection

    We hired Chris to inspect a large house that we considered buying. We most appreciated the thoroughness of both the inspection and the final report. The report had lots of photos documenting what he found. Further, Chris gave us ample time to answer our many questions, both during the inspection and the next day. His inspection was very helpful in our final buying decision.

    Home Inspection

    In a very expensive and fast moving real estate market, Chris came on very short notice and provided a detailed inspection report but also highlighted the key concerns onsite, without being alarmist, so we could make a quick and well informed, very important decision. I highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Chris did a terrific job on a home inspection for a townhouse we wanted to purchase. He was flexible in scheduling the appointment and carefully assessed all aspects of the building in a professional and thorough manner. The inspection ended up taking longer than Chris expected due to a potential issue with the heating system but he didn't charge ma nay extra (even after I offered him the opportunity to change his quote). The report was detailed, clear and easy to read. Chris made sure I understood the report and was generous with his time in answering my questions. Throughout the whole process, Chris was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond in giving me suggestions on how I might address various maintenance issues. I highly recommend Chris to provide an excellent home inspection at a good price!
