    Condo inspection in South Surrey

    We chose Haystack Inspection prior to the purchase of our condo after researching on line and seeing the hundreds of praising reviews Chris got. As first time buyers, we soon found out that the process of getting a new house can be very stressful; we can honestly say that Chris inspection was the most informative and positive experience we’ve had so far. He was already at the property the day of the inspection and took me around for a verbal assessment, explaining everything carefully, with a honest view of all the nooks and crannies that are not obvious to the untrained eye. Now we have a true and realistic view of what needs to be upgraded or fixed to higher standards. And the written report we got the day after was extremely well done and helpful. It will always be the main reference as a tool to fall back on. Chris you are a true professional and we can tell how much pride you take in your work; you show and say it as it is, the real value of what we’re getting in to. We are going ahead with the purchase of the condo, having an informed assessment. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us, much appreciated and very grateful for your your top notch services.     house insepction

    Chris was recommended by a realtor, we were looking at a house and he was able to accommodate our timeline. I met Chris at the house and he went over everything with us and then emailed a detailed report the following day. His inspection discovered a number of issues that the current home owners had not disclosed nor were even aware of in a couple of the items. We ultimately decided to pass on the house as the costs associated with the repairs were substantial. Chris was great to deal with, professional and thorough we will use him again for the next place.

    Condo Inspections

    Chris was recommended to us through our realtor for a pre-purchase inspection of a 2 bedroom unit in downtown and he did not disappoint. He was punctual, thorough and efficient. He tested every component of the unit (electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.) and would provide live feedback as he completed each steps. He took time to address all our questions on specific items and concluded the inspection with a verbal report and confirmation on viability of the unit before we committed to the purchase (which met our tight timelines). He then followed up the next day with a more thorough written report for the record. He had a wealth of knowledge about the area and the surrounding buildings which kept the session informative and interesting. Overall very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Chris.

    Haystack Home Inspections

    We asked Chris to help for the home inspection for our new apartment in Burnaby. I was amazed by Chris that his service was extremely professional and efficient I would absolutely recommend Chris's home inspection service

    Home Inspection

    I recently bought a condo in an older building and used Chris' services for the inspection. He was very thorough and helpful in explaining everything. I had a tight schedule for closing and Chris was able to turn the report around very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection services.

    Home Inspection on a 1985 House

    Chris was prompt and very thorough. He pointed out any issues with recommendations on what needed to be fixed immediately and which ones could wait. He worked with our realtor and provided a detailed report the next day. I would recommend Chris to friends and family.

    Home Inspection prior to purchase

    Our realtor included Haystack Home Inspections in his recommendations when we needed an inspection done. We are very pleased that we chose Chris. He is very personable and easy to work with. He was available within our timeframe and responded quickly when we had an opportunity to view. His work was very through and complete, and he submitted a followup report which we still refer to as we plan future projects. As a result of his inspection report we had the confidence to follow through with our desired purchase. His price was fair and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to have a good house inspection.

    Home inspection

    I had Chris do a home inspection on an apartment i ended up buying. Chris was very friendly and explained everything in great detail about the ins and out's of the construction of the building.

    Home Inspection Review

    I recently purchased my first condo and elected to use the services of Chris as my home inspector. I found Chris very professional throughout the entire process. Chris answered all my questions and provided a detailed and informative report regarding the inspection. Chris also provided care and maintenance steps to follow to ensure my new purchase is kept in good condition which I really appreciated.
