    Home inspection

    Chris was extremely helpful as my partner and I were looking to buy our first home. He was thorough in his work, accommodating about our schedules, and upfront with his opinions. I would recommend him to anyone - he helped us a lot.

    Home Inspection on a house built in 1983

    I found Haystack Home Inspections on the internet. I chose Chris because of all his great reviews. Chris showed up on time,(early) did a great job, provided a thorough inspection report, & was very willing to discuss any concerns or questions I had.     North Vancouver 2 bedroom Apartment

    I would absolutely recommend Chris's home inspection service! We were looking at a two bedroom, two bath apartment in an older building. Chris was flexible to meet us at 8am and was very thorough in the home inspection from getting up onto the buildings roof, water room, parkade, and in every detail of the specific condo unit. He welcomed questions and provided great insight that will save us money going forward. The report came on time with great detail, pictures and easy to follow colour coded system. Thank you Chris!     House Inspection

    It was our first house inspection and we were very glad we found Chris to do the inspection for us. He was very thorough and knowledgeable during the walk through answering all our questions. His detailed inspection report was easy to read and reference with pictures. Will be a good resource to have and help us upkeep our house in the future. We would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a house inspector.

    Home Inspection

    Chris did an amazing job in his inspection. His report outlined all the issues that he could find on a two year old building. Chris also followed up with a follow up phone call to inquire if I had any questions about his report.

    Condo Inspection - Byrnepark Walk - Burnaby

    Chris helped us with our recent purchase of a condo. He's professional and patiently explained every questions we asked. We appreciated the detailed report he provided which included numerous photos and a lot of recommendations. Highly recommend Chris to anyone requiring inspection service.

    Condo Inspection

    Chris was very thorough during his inspection, and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was clear he was there to help, and not just trying to go through the unit as quickly as possible. His report was very detailed and even highlighted the little things that should be prioritized once I had possession of the property. After I closed on the property I received a follow up phone call from Chris asking if I had any questions about his report, and telling me to reach out anytime down the road if anything popped up. This was a very nice gesture, showing that he truly cares. Thank you, Chris for all of your help!

    House inspection in Sunshine Hills

    We just bought our first detached home. Despite our inexperience, Chris was very friendly and gave us snippets of what he found as he went through the various rooms. Then at the end when he did the walkthrough, he was very thorough and patient with our questions and even gave us a lot of his personal insights. I was touched that Chris took so much time with the inspection that he even sacrificed his lunch time and only took a quick bite before his next appointment. To top it off, he even called after 2 weeks to check with us with we had any questions. Such is professionalism and dedication to his work, I highly recommend Chris, never will I use another inspector.

    Home inspection

    Chris helped us with our recent purchase of a duplex. He was extremly professional and helpful. He was very patient with our questions and gave us a lot recommendations. His report was very thorough. Highly recommended.

    Condo inspection

    I was purchasing a condo, and had Chris inspected this 16 years old condo for me. I was able to follow him gone through the whole inspection. He's professional and patiently explained every questions I asked. And I received the detailed report the next day. This report actually helped me bargain with the seller. Good job Chris.
