    Pot Lights In A Finished Garage

    24/7 Electric is a company who really is based on customer service. I have used this company 3 different times for big residential projects and each time they went over and beyond of what i expected. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

    Garage Overhead

    The technician(s) were polite, helpful and took the time to explain what the results would look like, and incorporated our opinions into the design and work. Working on an older house is not easy. We would certainly provide a reference if needed.

    Fixed "interesting" wiring

    A seemingly simple DIY job turned into something a little more challenging after globs of electrical wire and random brittle wires were uncovered, leaving us without power in the master bed and bath. After talking with Shane who was on call on a Sunday afternoon, he was out on premises by 11 the next morning. On the phone, he was courteous and helpful and suggested if it could wait that he could stop in the next day instead of charging the "emergency" prices, which definitely saved some money. He showed up exactly on time and was great with his explanations and examination of the problem, answering all my questions along the way, and everything left working great and cleaned up. Was a very good experience from start to finish.

    Our Residential Electrician

    We operate a successful Estate Management company and we hired 24/7 Electric to be our Electrical Contractor. They have provided professional services and we are very impressed with their follow up and the detailed reporting we are receiving. Really......top service!!

    Carport light Replacement

    Gavin and his apprentice did an excellent job. The work was done with great skill and professionalism. All aspects of the job were explained. Gavin checked the electrical panel as well. There was a double tapped breaker issue that was solved properly. I would not hesitate to call 24/7 Electric for future service. I would ask for Gavin and his apprentice once again.

    Kitchen upgrade

    We were upgrading our kitchen appliances and found that the induction cooktop required a 40 amp circuit with 8 ga wire whereas the exiting service was only 30 amp with 10 ga wire. With a finished basement the prospect of installing a new line without considerable damage seemed impossible. Dale and Danny came up with a viable solution that limited damage to an out of the way area that could be easily concealed. They were efficient in their work and handled the inevitable snag while fishing professionally. They cleaned up after they were finished and explained the details of the invoice clearly. They were courteous and respectful in our home and we won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Great job guys.

    bathroom fan replacement

    I had to replace a bathroom fan in my condo but was not allowed up into the attic so I contacted 24-7 electric and they responded quickly and had an electrician out within a few days. Normally a very easy fix, it was not the case at my place. Daven was great and replaced the fan without having to damage anything in my bathroom. I would ask for him again, he did a great job!

    Electric repair

    I noticed an odd smell. After googling I read it was usually an electric problem and the smell was usually due to the plastic burning. As I didn't want my family's safety in jeopardy I googled for an electrician, 24/7 came up so I called them even though it was later Saturday afternoon. They showed up quickly, 30 min, checked things out, found 2 breakers that were melting, replaced them along with a plug-in that was damaged, and treated the other breakers. Davin was fabulous in explaining things to me and gave what I consider efficient and well priced service.

    20 amp dedicated outlet in Garage

    You don't often find a trade that pays any attention to customer service anymore. Called 24/7 one day, they came the next day, on time. Quoted a price and they stood by the price. Very friendly and considerate around the house....very rare to find a trade who cleans up after the job. Highly recommended :)

    Installation of new potlights in kitchen.

    Two employees showed up on time. Gave us options for the work we wanted done that ended up saving us money..didn't just try to sell us the most expensive installation. Completed the work the same day & cleaned up the debris before they left. Very satisfied & would use them again. Special thanks to Davin for his work on this project.
