My gas furnace started acting up two days before Christmas. I called Len at Tempasure. He called me back that evening, event though he was on holidays. He had a technician some out to evaluate the problem. I decided to replace the furnace, as it was 18 years old and had prior issues. Len had an installer come out on New Year's eve. Len offered to have one of his technicians drop off space heaters until the furnace could be replaced. The installer arrived at 9 a.m. and by mid afternoon the new furnace was installed and working. They arrived on time and worked all day and completed the job in one day. They were polite and helpful. I would recommend them anytime.Answer from pro:

We are currently receiving Diamond Service for our heating and a/c systems. We first came across Tempasure when we had an a/c failure. Len was prompt, helpful, and reasonable. We later had Tempasure install a new furnace and a/c unit as our reached the end of their useful lives. Over the last five years or so Tempaure has been helpful, prompt and quick to respond, sometimes without costs as the time our heating was sputtering due to my not changing the filter in a timely manner! My heater kept going on and off. I reached out to Tempasure and spoke with Len, who was nothing less than exceptional in trying to troubleshoot the problem with me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really invested in determining what the issue was. We scheduled a day and time to address the issue - which he determined was most likely a maintenance issue. This was ultimately a relief given that no major repairs were needed and that there would be no unnecessary cost. And he was right! A technician arrived on time. He too was friendly, professional and very informative and located the issue in his maintenance inspection. Wonderful service, which these days, is becoming rarer. Thanks again!Answer from pro:

Len responded promptly when we made an emergency call about a leak around the furnace. He confirmed that we had done the right things and made an appointment for checking the problem, as well as the annual maintenance, for first thing the next morning. Ty came and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the leakage problem, followed by the annual maintenance inspection. Ty was great, he was competent, professional, courteous, friendly and patiently answered any questions we had. We have used Tempasure for many years, and will continue to use them for our future service needs. They are highly recommended!Answer from pro:
