Turned on furnace to get ready for winter and no heat. By luck was referred to Tempasure. Len, Allison and the tech Ty were incredibly fast and professional. Cannot recommend enough.

Ive been using Tempasure for 25 years. Len and Allison treat their clients like family, rather than just a customer filling a time slot. I used them for 24 years at my first home (for eg. maintenance on furnace and air conditioner, eventually a new furnace, a tankless water heater ) and now starting with my new home. I called to book my appointment on Wednesday, and two days later I had my furnace maintenance done. Ty came and did a fantastic job. Not only was he super polite and professional, he was beyond patient. I actually had an issue with my furnace that I wasnt aware of, and he did not leave or give up, until it was working perfectly. As I said, Ive been with Tempasure since the beginning, and would absolutely not use anyone other then them. Thx Tempasure for always coming through for me. It is much appreciated. See you in the late spring for my air conditioner maintenance.

For our furnace installation we sought quotes from a number of different HVAC companies. The route for the exhaust pipe was a bit challenging so we wanted to make sure we picked someone we could rely on. Tempasure was on the more expensive side but well worth it! Len took the time to fully understand our needs and our home, and he answered all of our questions in great detail. Alison was fantastic as well - the communication and customer service is top notch! We had some hurdles getting the exhaust pipe approved by our condo board, and Len was very helpful as we navigated that process as new homeowners. As soon as we finally did get the approval, the instalation was prompt. Harnoor was excellent - even when he encountered an unexpected water pipe he communicated everything and fixed the issue. Len helped us troubleshoot when we discovered that the route for the exhaust pipe was blocked, and when a solution was found the installation was completed swiftly. If you're looking for great communication, trust, and peace of mind, Tempasure is the best choice!

Service was excellent. Showed up when they said they would.. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and pleasant. They installed new furnace and took away old and left things clean and neat.

I highly recommend Tempasure for heating/cooling maintenance. The customer service is great and the owners and employees are very responsive, friendly and professional. We have switched from our previous company and enrolled in Tempasure's maintenance plan.

I had a fine experience with a very polite and thoughtful young repair person, who made sure my system was fixed and the charge was very reasonable too. I'd use this company again.

We needed emergency servicing for our air conditioner (which of course happened Friday evening of a long weekend). Tempasure got back to me within an hour, and scheduled a technician to come by the next morning. The technician was super efficient, had the problem fixed within a few minutes. They were also really polite and professional. It reminded me of all the reasons we went with Tempasure in the first place. I should add, we hadn't scheduled a maintenance call for few years due to vacations and other reasons, which allowed the build-up in the condensate tubing (which the technician cleared). So probably there are good reasons for regular maintenance :)

I own a multiple units and came across this company years ago. I shopped around different companies and received outrageous quotes and was absolutely ripped off by a very large company. I finally found Len and Temperasure. I have had repairs & new installs over the past decade+ The company is prompt, professional, reasonable and honest.

Excellent communication! Very punctual. Expert knowledge. Tidy installation with good tutorial on how to operate new unit. Very professional and highly recommended.
