    Air conditioning annual maintenance

    Great HVAC service

    Len and his team installed a new furnace. They were professional and thorough. We had an early issue with an odd noise at furnace start up. Hakim returned to our house immediately to address the issue. This team really takes care of customers! I have used them for years.

    New Furnace

    Len and his team are just fabulous to work with. He is honest and reliable, and is pricing is fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend, and really, Tempasure is the only company I would even consider using for all my HVAC needs.

    Annual furnace inspection and cleaning.

    Daniel completed the work on my furnace and was professional and courteous. He also checked my humidifier and assisted me in finding a new pad. He is knowledgeable and can explain any possible future issues with competence. Thank you for your service. Highly recommend Tempasure for furnace and AC servicing.

    Emergency Furnace Repair

    It was a Saturday night and minus 20 when my furnace died. i tried 14 other so called 24/7 services all without a response Tempasure was the only company to step up and follow through and although in my case locating the correct part was a challenge they were on it immediately and very efficient. This is a company willing to go the extra mile for their customers and the only one who seemed to care. I highly recommend their service and they are honest straightforward and professional in every way. Robert

    New Efficient Furnace

    Tempasure was wonderful to deal with when I decided to upgrade a crappy old inefficient furnace with a newer more efficient one. I had originally hoped to also replace the AC unit at the same time but Covid has made it tough for everyone to get stock. So in the meantime Tempasure installed my furnace portion so I could at least enjoy a warm winter! Their install crew was wonderful to deal with from start to finish and Len was great at quick response time to questions and issues. Looking forward to getting my new AC installed come the warmer weather.

    Hot water heroes

    Our hot water tank sprung a leak at 1 am on Boxing Day, leaving us without water for bathing or dishes. Our previous HVAC company didn’t have the capacity or inventory to help us out. We were desperate enough to contemplate locking into an interminable rental agreement! Thankfully, a friend passed along Len’s name and contact info. He got back to me within 15 minutes, listened patiently to our problem, and talked us through different options — all this while he was on holiday! There was no pressure at all — he didn’t try to up-sell us or even cajole us into choosing his company. A few hours later, he had solid quotes for us, and had figured out how to get us a new tank installed ASAP without having to pay jacked-up holiday-hour premiums. Everyone involved in the process was truly lovely — and vigilant about COVID protocols. About a day later, Hakim came by to remove our old tank and install the new one — without any hiccups, and for even less than the original quote. We’re so grateful to Tempasure — they’re honest, decent, thoughtful, and do excellent work. I have only good things to say!
