    Fantastic Response, Fantastic Service

    We hired another company to install a new furnace at our house 5 years ago. We sourced that company through our General Contractor and they did a terrible job. The unit the previous company put in was too large and not installed/vented to manufacturers specifications. This unit had many things go wrong over the few years it was in our home and failed (again) 2 days ago. It is December, below freezing, and the original company is, once again, giving us the brush off. We found out about TempASure from a friend. We brought TempASure in and with 24 hours they had replaced our furnace and we had heat in our home again. Hakim was punctual, professional, and tidy. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

    Fixing a leak in my furnace room.

    I had a leak in my furnace room and called Tempasure. Fortunately, they were able to come out the same day, late in the evening. The repairman fixed the leak and I paid him the charge for coming out, $149.00. Several days later, I noticed that the cover to the humidifier was on the floor. It had probably popped out. I tried to put it back on myself , but was unable to do it. I called Tempasure and they came out and replaced it at no charge.

    Fireplaces (5) clean up

    The whole team was fast and efficient. Daniel the service person sent was professional and efficient and friendly. We were so happy with the service and would definitely recommend to friends.

    furnace maintenance

    The technician, Hakeem, was friendly, on time, and thorough. The company is enthusiastic about the products that they install, and I appreciate that they have reasonably priced maintenance checkups and take the time to explain their process.

    great customer Service

    I needed a new switch to turn on my electric fireplace the service person came out after 9;00 PM!! He was very tidy and efficient he adhered to all the Covid 19 Protocols as well I would recommend this company

    Furnace service and replacement

    Two years ago, Len and his associates diagnosed causes of concern with my old furnace and did not charge for things that did not need fixing. This year, I decided to buy a new furnace from Tempasure because they were trustworthy and attentive. They replaced the old furnace promptly with an 11-year parts warranty and a 5-year warranty on labour, including all service calls. Furnace is working well!

    humidifier repair and furnace cleaning

    Called and received friendly response from Lander. Scheduling was reasonable for a non-emergency. Hakim technician was knowledgeable, friendly and left work area clean. I am comfortable and confident with Tempasure as my a/c heating contractor.

    Great service!

    Len and Daniel were terrific. They explained a number of things that we didn't know about and gave us good information on maintenance etc. They are very knowledgable and are happy to help with any questions you have. I would absolutely highly recommend them for HVAC and fireplace maintenance and repairs. So happy to have found such an competent and honest company!
