I called Temp-a-sure when my tenant notified me the A/C died during a heat wave. After a diagnosis that the unit needs replacing, Len was very patient and spent about half an hour explaining to me all the questions someone who has no knowledge about A/C units can ask, just to make me feel comfortable with going ahead with the replacement. The MITS AIR model and price of the unit he recommended was fair so I approved and set a date for the repair. I got a call later that they've been a mistake and the model we agreed on could not be installed, and the only unit available is a more prominent (read more expensive) brand. I immediately thought, I'm screwed, this is how they get me! But no, Len is not like the stereotypical contractor. He honoured his mistake, and proceeded to install the more expensive brand whilst honouring our original quote. I was really impressed. Even though this should be expected of any contractor, unfortunately this is very rare, which makes Len a gem! I have so much respect for Len and will recommend him in a heartbeat!
