    Air Conditioner Installation

    Chose Tempasure because of the good reviews on HomeStars and they did not disappoint. Adam came to install the air conditioner. He came on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up like he was never here. Excellent job! I could not be happier.

    AC repair

    Outstanding service! We called on a Sunday evening for an emergency service, Len had diagnosed the issue, parts were ordered and repaired the next day!! I have already recommended them to others. They are absolutely professional, kind, and amazing customer service!! I could not be happier!

    Promptly fixed our A/C

    A/C unit stopped working on a super-hot and muggy day (of course!). Thermostat showed everything is normal, but there was no cooling and no fan. Tempasure sent a technician who arrived quickly (under 3 hours), identified the issue (loose connection in a disconnect box), climbed to the attic and fixed it explaining and showing the picture of the box. The technician arrived in a mask respectful of COVID-19 times. Thanks! Highly recommend the company service.

    central air replacement

    Len answered our request within 1/2 of posting it on HomeStars site. He visited our house the next day and provided 2 estimates. We made our choice and the new unit was installed in 4 business days. Len kept in touch by phone and email every step of the way. Adam, the AC technician, did a superb job of installing our new central air conditioner. It was obvious that he knew every aspect of the equipment and carried out the installation smoothly and efficiently. Just as important for us were Adam’s communication skills, his sense of humour, and his willingness to answer all our questions. Upon completion, Adam removed all the old equipment and left a spotless worksite. We would also like to mention that Adam wore protective equipment throughout the installation. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Temp-a-sure. Linda and Adrian

    New A/C

    My A/C died and needed replacing. I got a recommendation from a friend that Len from Temp-a-sure showed was my man for this, and boy were they right. He showed up within an hour of me contracting him, had a quote to me same day, and held my preferred install date for me while I did my research. They only used the best brands, so they can stand behind what they sell. Len talked me out of spending more money on an upgrade I was considering, because it just wasn't going to be of any value to me. The installer, Adam, did an amazing job. Explained everything to me, made sure everything was set up right, and cleaned up. Even my dogs loved him. I would certainly reccomend them to anyone who needs HVAC work, and they will be my go to next time.

    A/C replacement

    House was cooling off within 48 hrs of just calling for a quote , Fast and reliable service , Thanks Len and Moe. Will use and definitely recommend Tempasure to friends and family !!!!

    Air Conditioning Service

    Amazing service, calls returned by Len immediately. He truly cares about his customers. We called on a Friday, he sent his crew to check our AC the next day, they arrived well within the window of time, found the issue with the unit, and promptly fixed it. We’ve had issues with another AC company that is highly rated on Homestars but have no idea why. But Len, Carlos and Tempasure are the epitome of stellar customer service. We will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

    Best service ever

    We’ve owned seven homes in 40 years, and dealt with countless service providers but can honestly say that we’ll be recommending the team from Tempasure to anyone who asks. They were the very best from first contact to job completion. And they were all tremendously respectful and health conscious during COVID19.
