    Installation of new hvac unit

    Excellent communication! Very punctual. Expert knowledge. Tidy installation with good tutorial on how to operate new unit. Very professional and highly recommended.

    Wonderful

    It was a pleasant experience working with this company. My air conditioning stopped working. From the initial contact with my communication with Alison who was so kind to assist me to troubleshoot the most common reasons for AC units to break down before deciding a technician was really needed to come. They were able to send a technician on the same day. Len was our technician. He was quick to diagnose the problem, he explained everything and was patient to answer all our questions. Our AC was fixed on the same day but there was another issue with our furnace so the company followed up with us for the next several days. Their customer service is really great! We were very satisfied.

    Emergency Air Conditioner Repair

    We returned home from vacation in the evening to find one of our two air conditioners not working. It was the middle of a heat wave and the bedrooms were 37 Celsius. I contacted Tempasure because I had an excellent experience with them last year when they installed a tankless water heater. Even though it was 9pm they responded to my email immediately. They were busy because of the heat wave, but Len, the owner, made the time to squeeze us in. He scheduled an appointment for about noon the next day. He replaced a worn capacitor on the spot and got the air conditioning working. He also showed me that the two AC units were clogged with dust and dog hair, and he scheduled a maintenance visit for the next day. Everything is now functioning perfectly. As with my first experience, communication was prompt and consistent, and they provide rock solid customer service.

    Annual AC Maintenance

    Our HVAC system was installed by Tempasure and they do our annual maintenances. Ty performed the maintenance and as with the last service he was just excellent on every front.

    The best

    We had a new gas furnace installed last winter. Weve lived in an old house for 40+ years and never had such great, caring, efficient, fast service from any trade. Len and team are truly the best. They solve problems, easy to work with, great communicators, great quiet furnace and the price is very right, We couldnt be more pleased.

    System Maintenance

    I purchased a new furnace and hepa filter air system from Tempasure a year ago, June 2023. This June, I called Len to check my system is in good working order. This includes maintenance of my air conditioner, furnace, central humidifier and central hepa filter air cleaning system. With my physical disability, its too difficult for me to clean and change all of the filters. Having a reliable company look after all of my heating, cooling and air cleaning is wonderful. Everything works perfectly. I highly recommend Len and his team. I will be calling him every year.

    Professional and friendly

    Our old boiler stopped working and was used to heat our hot water. When I called Tempasure to arrange to get an estimate, Len came the same morning. We arranged for the installation, then changed our minds as to what we wanted (a regular boiler + indirect tank for hot water, instead of a combi-boiler). Len patiently guided us through the options and Tempasure was able to install everything on the same date we had arranged. The workers were friendly and professional. Everything is working well.

    A/C maintenance

    I had my A/C maintenance done by Tempasure. The technician tested and cleaned my A/C unit. Also, he checked my temperature levels on different floors of my house. He was friendly and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend Tempasure. Dave C.

    New replacement HVAC system

    We had Len come to our house a few weeks ago to give us a quote for a new furnace, air conditioner, air cleaner and humidifier. Len looked at our existing system (which was about 23 years old) and made recommendations for a new system. He explained why he chose everything and how it would work. He also gave us several options to choose from in our quote, while informing us about which of the options he felt would be best. Over the following weeks while we were making our decision, Len answered all of our questions and was always very quick to answer. We sought several quotes and Lens was not the cheapest but his quote was the most thorough and his answers made us feel the most comfortable. Len told us that the installation would take most of the day and may require more time the next day. He was also able to give us an installation appointment for the week after we decided to go with Tempasure. We received reminders the week before installation about what would happen, when the equipment would be delivered and who would be installing the system. The equipment was delivered early on installation day, and Harnoor and his assistant arrived in the morning to install the system, early within the arrival time window. Harnoor and his assistant were very professional, courteous and happy to explain what they were doing as well as answer any questions. They worked very hard, maintained a clean work area and when they left, aside from the new equipment, we couldnt even tell they had been there. Harnoor explained how the system would work differently from our old system and he installed and walked us through setup of an Ecobee thermostat which we provided. Harnoor and his assistant were able to get everything installed in one day and they did an excellent job. Overall we are very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Tempasure for your HVAC needs.
