    AC issue

    As the weather turned hot and humid our AC wasn’t working properly. We looked for an option as we needed a quick response and Tempasure responded that day and visited our home the next morning. The process from first contact to a new AC until was a few days during the peak of summer which impressed me the most. The team was top notch from beginning to end. Fantastic customer service and follow up!!

    Air Conditioner Repair

    Our AC stopped working during a heat wave. Len was able to send someone within a couple of hours to repair the parts. He found the issue right away, replaced it on the spot, and washed the unit to ensure it would function properly. They were professional and timely!

    First to respond Gave great advice ohter the phone

    Gave me advise to diagnose what I thought was a problem, over the phone. It was a false alarm on my part. Saved me a service call. Thanks for the good advice!

    New A/C unit install

    Great job

    Ed from Tempasure was at my home the day after I called the company. The quote was fair and the work was fine. My new air conditioner suits the size of my home and will provide the cool air that my home so desperately needs. He did not try to upsell me. The expert technician, Stephen, had to make a second trip to my home to complete the installation due to unforeseen circumstances. He was friendly and very efficient. The areas of my home where he worked, inside and out, were left cleaner than they were before he came. Thanks Judy

    Very happy customers

    We replaced our furnace and got a tankless water system. Len and Adam walked us through every step of replacing the appliances and was extremely professional. They provided us with great quality appliances at very fair prices. When the time comes to replaces our AC, we will be using Len again!

    Add air conditioning to a church

    I was asked by our church to investigate adding air conditioning to our church sanctuary and hall. I contacted Temp-A-Sure because of their high HomeStars rating and positive comments. I met with Len from Temp-A-Sure and a representative from Mitsubishi to discuss the options. Later that day I also met with the person that would oversee the installation to make sure they had a good understanding of the work involved to install five ductless units. The following day I received a phone call from Len to review our requirements before he submitted a proposal. His proposal covered everything that we discussed and was very competitive. After the church approved the proposal Len scheduled the installation and everything was neatly installed as we had discussed and completed on time. Len also came by a couple of times during and after the installation to answer any questions and to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installation. I would highly recommend Len and Temp-A-Sure to others for their HVAC needs.

    Quick, professional and clean installation

    We experienced a furnace failure. It was expected as our old system was 20 years old. We found Tempasure after we read many, many brand manufacturer product reviews. Tempasure was listed as a provider and installer on the manufacturers website, along with a few others. Len's response was professional and authentically caring. He broke down each step in the purchase and installation process. It was a pretty easy choice for us to proceed with Tempasure. The installation was quick and in only took a few hours. The entire area was very clean when they were done. The installer, Adam, even rerouted a water drainage tube so that it was out of the way, wrapping it around the wall and under our dryer. It's these little things that assured me that we made the right choice. There are two small things that kept the score from being a full 10/10. We were not able to get the original furnace that we wanted, which had connectivity that we could monitor via app. Tempasure only carried the top of the line model, which we are proud to owe as we feel it is the best on the market... even if it did cost a bit extra. The second is that the final cost (completely worth it) would not allow us to recommend this particular furnace to friends and family that may not be able to afford the best on the market appliance prices. We are very apply with our experience and product. Thank you Len and Adam.

    Furnace & Water heater Replacement

    Tempasure performed an outstanding job. Since the beginning, Len and Adam were a pleasure to deal with. With Adam's suggestions, we were able to relocate the furnace with minimal cost. We now have opened up additional space in our basement for future use. Len always followed up in a timely manner and assisted in obtaining rebates for our upgrades. Throughout the entire process, he would check in and ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I was very impressed. Overall, the workmanship was clean and of high quality. The customer service was excellent. I would strongly recommend that you consider Tempasure for your mechanical work. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Tempasure for your help!
