    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    We have been using Tempasure for our annual furnace maintenance and A/C services for several years. They have always been trustworthy, competent, efficient and professional. They have also been very responsive and prompt with providing service. We will continue to use Tempasure for our future service needs. They are highly recommended!

    Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation

    I would highly recommend TempASure for any HVAC work. They recently replaced both my furnace and air conditioning system. Not only were Len and Allison great but the whole installation team was equally as good. All questions were answered by all, during inspection, estimate and installation. I was regularly updated by email and TXT to installation dates and other information. Len and Allison checked up on their work after installation, to confirm we are happy. I won't go to anyone else for my HVAC work in the future. I've found my HVAC people.

    Furnace maintenance

    We needed to have out furnace cleaned and needed to gather three quotes because another party was paying for it (long story, but suffice to say they demanded we collect three quotes for them). Anyway, Tempasure was the first to call back immediately. We ended up contracting them and we are glad it worked out that way. After some initial communication issues, Len quickly called me and apologized for any delays. I was impressed I knew this was a company that cared for its customers. An appointment was then rapidly set up and the job was done thoroughly and more than satisfactorily. We will definitely be calling on Tempasure in the future for any of our furnace needs. Thanks guys!

    New Furnace Installation

    The old furnace had intermittent failures that were getting worse and worse. It was time to replace it. Tempasure explained our options and in a day or two the new Furnace was delivered. The installation began early in the morning. I was really impressed with the quality of work and attention to details. Needless to say that the old equipment was taken away and the site was cleaned up. Really great work, thank you guys! So far everything is working great...

    Furnace maintenance and follow-up

    Len and Ty attended my residence in mid-October for an annual furnace checkup. Arrived on time, and as usual, did a thorough job. Noticed a minor concern with the heat exchanger, which Len felt required a follow up appointment in a week or so. Ty came again this past week to check the furnace and confirmed all is well. Couldnt ask for better service! Cost of service included a new humidifier filter and of course tax.

    Len made quick arrangements for same-day arrival and Ty made both an effective diagnosis and repair. Polite and personable.

    Annual furnace service

    As usual great service and excellent staff visit by Tempersure tech. Ty was on time, professional, efficient and responded to all our queries. He answered our questions, provided appropriate feedback and followed up on a question with his manager and got back to us ASAP. Great company and people to work with.

    new furnace installation

    On yearly service inspection of our furnace we were told that it was on it's last legs as it was 14 years old. We were given the choice of waiting or just replacing it now. We chose to replace. This was done in 2 days! Very professional installation and follow up. Would highly recommend Len and his company. I feel very secure in the work that was done and their follow up to make sure everything was working well.

    AC unit check

    Our whole house AC stopped working. A technician cae promptly and diagnosed the problem. I like working with these people. They make you feel valued.
