We have been using Tempasure for our HVAC needs for years. Len is always great to work with! He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every situation. His service calls are always thorough, professional and result in cost-effective solution. He does quality work on every job and install high-quality products that last. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and excellent with clear and timely communication. Highly Recommend them!

Len and Ty came to my home to service our furnace, taking the time they needed and making sure everything worked and was cleaned properly. This is our third year calling Tempasure for our HVAC needs: from service calls to repairs, Len and his technicians are always knowledgeable and professional!

My thermostat wasnt working and I called Tempasure. They sent out a technician right away and replaced the thermostat efficiently. It was in the middle of a heat wave and I really appreciated their prompt service and great communication!

Len showed incredible knowledge and customer service in fixing a leak in our basement. He also noticed our 3M filters were not properly fitted for our humidifier and sourced the exact right size. Cost includes repair work plus six filters.

We contacted Tempasure when our existing ductless a/c starting failing. I spoke with Allison who followed up with her technicians to see what they could do. They informed me that the brand I had was beyond its useful life and parts were hard to find for it so their technicians were reluctant to come work on it, worried they'd do more harm than good and that's I'd be throwing good money after bad. She left it at that and didn't apply any pressure to sell me a new unit which I really appreciated. I was the one to enquire about having the unit replaced. She had Len call me within an hour to discuss what would be involved in replacing the unit. We chatted for a good 15 minutes and when asked if he'd be willing to come provide a quote on a new unit, he was at my house within 40 minutes. I received his quote later in the afternoon and when I had questions about if the size of the unit would be undersized, in other words pushing him to sell me a more expensive unit, he assured me that unit he was proposing would be more than adequate. I was so impressed and trusted Len to the point I never bothered getting another quote.. His installer Kirendeep was there the next business day to install the unit and was polite, efficient and did a great job. And true to Len's word, the new unit works perfectly for the space. I would highly recommend.

August 1, 2023 I would like to make this addition to my previous review based on the most recent job at my home by Tempasure: Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump--High Quality Installation and Excellent Customer Service: We recently had a 2 Head Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump installed in our home. The quality of the product is excellent, whisper quiet and the two units work seamlessly to cool our home. Len is always very good at recommending the best and most appropriate product for us, and we are extremely happy with this most recent recommendation. The installation posed a couple of challenges along the way, but with good communication with Len and Allison, the issues were addressed quickly and to our utmost satisfaction. We have been with Len for close to 20 years and during that time he has never disappointed us. That in itself should say a great deal about the level of trust we have in Len. Len is a man of honesty and the highest integrity--rare qualities to find these days. The addition now of Allison has brought the already excellent customer service record of Tempasure to new heights. She is pleasant, highly articulate and she works diligently with Len to assist and support the customer. All companies should have a person like Allison on the other end of the telephone as a great company ambassador. Len and Allison, thank-you for your continued commitment to working with your customers and delivering the highest quality products, installations and excellent customer service. I wanted to pay you a compliment. I was extremely impressed with how you handled the call to me the other day. It was a difficult topic to broach and a difficult conversation to initiate and have. I thought you were masterful in how you dealt with it. You are clearly a very intelligent and extremely articulate woman. Not many people could do what you did during that conversation in as skillful and polished a fashion. I told Len you are the best customer service Tempasure could possibly have. I highly recommend Len and his team at Temp-a-Sure. From my initial phone inquiry to the installation and follow-up, the whole process was timely and efficient. Hanoor and his assistant did an excellent job installing a new air conditioner and I will continue to be a repeat customer at Temp-a-Sure for all future HVAC needs.

I called at 11am with a NO hot water issue. My fault for not having it serviced earlier. Within 2 hours Hakim arrived, solved the problem, and fixed it immediately. My son is now allowed back in the house after the gym!!! Everything is hot and perfect, as usual with Tempasure. From the owner, to the office staff, to the technicians, Tempasure is the most superior company Ive ever dealt with. Ive been in this home for 24 years. They have replaced the previous furnace , air conditioner, and added the tankless hot water. Our house is at a perfect temperature even on the hottest of days. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly , especially on a holiday long weekend. You are the absolute best, and I would never use any other company.
