    New Furnace

    Customer service was excellent from beginning to end. A very qualified technician examined the existing furnace. The people installing the new furnace were very experienced, professional, and efficient. The new furnace itself fit our needs based on the companys recommendations. The company responds very promptly to any questions or requests. Were completely satisfied in every respect.

    Absolutely perfect!

    I am most impressed with Temp-a-sure. Superb professionalism from first impression to finishing the work. Customer service rep Allison is professional, detailed oriented and efficient. Owner Len is hands on, caring and attentive. Technician Dan and his partner were respectful, polite, efficient and kind. This business deserves a reward for their utmost perfection. I am thoroughly impressed. Will come back to them for other furnace and AC needs. Thank you all

    Furnace Replacement and Tankless Hot Water

    Tempasure was recommended to us by a local neighbour. We had Daniel come out for a seasonal furnace maintenance and he was very honest in telling us that our furnace was not functioning well as it was old, and he did not want to charge us for maintenace as it should be replaced. We then had Len come out and explain our options in great detail. Len gave emailed us a price within hours and answered all of our questions. We booked the install for the new furnace and tankless hot water and Len kept us updated all along. The installation went fairly smoothly and when we had questions afterwards Len was always available and accommodating. I would highly recommend Tempasure and Len and his team.

    Furnace and tankless water heater tune up

    Fast and reliable. Will use them every time for my heating needs. For regular maintenance and emergencies.

    HVAC boiler leak fix

    One of the parts in my combi-boiler system was leaking water on the floor whenever it ran and I called Tempasure to investigate it. Len was ever quick to respond and sent one of his people to check it. Daniel showed up the morning and diagnosed a cracked valve and quickly replaced the failing device. As always, Tempasure never lets me down!

    Heating issues

    Len's crew was amazing. Quick to respond to my issue, arrived on time and professionally. Fixed the issue properly. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. Good people doing good work. Strong reccomend.

    Incredibly Fast Service

    We called Tempasure after seeing all the positive reviews on HomeStars. We were not disappointed and would call them again in a heartbeat. We were finding little puddles of water and sludge at the drain in our basement, which is right near the furnace and hot water heater. We thought the furnace was leaking, so we called Tempasure. Len called me back within 5 minutes and was completely upfront and honest with what could potentially be the problem. If it was a broken secondary heat exchanger, which it sounded like, we'd probably need to replace the furnace. Daniel arrived within the hour, inspected the furnace thoroughly and determined that there was no leak in any part of the furnace and the leak must be coming from the water heater. Daniel then did a seasonal inspection and cleaning, which we had wanted done as well, and was out within the hour. Turns out the leak was from the main plumbing line. All good now. Even though our issue turned out not to be a furnace issue, I'm so impressed with the service we received from Len and his team at every point along the way. Len has followed up with me twice since the incident, to make sure everything is ok, which goes a long way these days. Should my HVAC system ever need any attention, Tempasure will be my go-to!

    Furnace repair

    My furnace shut down so called Len who is always so accommodating, even on a weekend.

    Furnace Maintenance

    We were in need to do a deep cleaning of the furnace and replacing key parts to ensure optimal air quality- Daniel and Len were very professional, provided best service and were nice people to get to know and work with.
