    Annual Maintenance - tankless water heater / furnace

    Daniel is an excellent technician. He arrived on time and completed the job(s) with aplomb! All's well for the winter of 2022/23 - and if not, we'll call Tempasure again :)

    Excellent Service--once again and always!

    We had a problem with our furnace and once again Len and his company Tempasure came through for us quickly and efficiently. He always responds quickly, listens carefully and does everything he can to resolve the problem as quickly as is possible. He has excellent service people who are professional and attentive to the task at hand. We have been loyal customers with Len and Tempasure for 12 years and Len has never disappointed us. We have recommended him to our friends and neighbours, who also have been highly satisfied with Tempasure's products and service. Simply the best in the business!

    Furnace and A/C installation and maintenance

    Len installed both furnace and A/C and has been conscientiously maintaining them. He is responsive, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. High recommended.

    Repair of Boiler

    Navien tankless water heater and boiler stopped working. Len had a repairman over the same day to get a temporary fix until he could order the parts. Got my unit fixed and flushed quickly thoroughly to prevent any issues over the winter months.

    Air conditioner maintenance and fix

    Hakim was absolutely incredible. He was on time, he was incredibly thorough. He fixed everything and double checked before he left. He was kind enough and patient to allow me to write down some great tips that will benefit the longevity of my AC unit. He also washed down the unit and checked the thermostat. I could not be happier with his visit. I will only use Tempasure, as I know Im guaranteed excellent service, especially today, when it was a last minute call for help. Thx Tempasure. See you at our next maintenance appointment.

    New A/C Unit

    Air conditioner replacement

    Called Tempasure when our old air conditioning unit broke down. Quick response and excellent service; had a new A/C unit installed within a couple days. Highly recommend the Tempasure team.

    AC service

    Excellent response time. Very clear instructions on when someone would arrive and they were on time and professional. I was reassured that my old AC still had some life in her yet and there was no attempt to sell me on a service I didnt need. Would absolutely recommend.

    Air conditioner

    Len from Tempasure came with an apprentice and was knowledgeable courteous and professional. He was able to identify and rectify the problem. I do not hesitate to recommend his service and I will certainly call upon him in future if needed.
