    invasion of mice

    We were suddenly invaded by field mice that we couldn't control. We called Pest Protection Plus. The two men that responded were very knowledgeable and found out how the critters were getting in. They looked outside and in and set their own traps in all the places that were necessary. We paid for a contract that included return visits and the same two returned today to look over the existing situation. I was delighted to see them this morning.

    Pest control - ants and mice

    I have used Pest Protection Plus Inc 3 times, and each time Ben showed up on time and eager to resolve the problem. He is trustworthy, polite and efficient.

    Excellent Experience

    We had some kind of animal tearing up the backyard lawn and decided to call PPP. Yuri came out the next day and set up a trap which caught the culprit (possum) overnight. After phoning PPP in the morning Ben came to the house within a couple of hours to remove the trap and take the possum to a new home. Both Yuri and Ben were great to deal with and now our yard is back to normal with the help. I would definitely use their service again without hesitation.

    Nasty Wasps Removed

    Near the end of this past summer we noticed a number of wasps using our backyard as home to a large nest secreted within the walls of a stone rock garden. I had tried to eradicate them on my own with the One Shot Wasp Foam spray and couple of times to no avail. I called Ben who informed me I could rid them by using a diatomaceous earth. After several applications, again these pests returned repeatedly. Again I called and was advised Yuri another one of the techs would attend and get rid of them once and for all. Yuri arrived and suited up for battle. He actually had to dig deep into the ground and with the use of more diatomaceous earth etc...finally exterminated the nest and the threat of being stung. Several years ago Ben had ridded us of a Squirrel in the attic preparing to set up a home for itself. Thankfully we caught that in time otherwise we would have been in for a world of hurt and damage. I absolutely recommend Ben and his associates for their professionalism and knowledge in ridding pests from your homes.

    Treatment of bee hive removal

    Had an infestation of bees in the attic. Pest Protection immediately came out the next day and treated the exterior where they were entering from and also treated interior where they were coming into the house. It's only been a few hours but the level of communication, attention and service given is impeccable. Paid for the service with 6 month warranty to ensure the bees are addressed if they return.

    Reliable and true to their warranty

    I have been using them for many years now to resolve any pest related issues. Thanks heavens not a ton of them but when I call they are right on time and they let you know exactly when they will be arriving. I have a ver large hidden wasp nest and they have come back to retreat as required. All included in their warranty

    impromptu wasp nest removal

    I was in the process of removing a wasp nest in a birch tree in front of my Oakville home. I was 2/3 done and inside for a break. Ben arrived to do a scheduled job at my neighbors house, saw the parts of the wasp nest on the ground and the ladder left out, and rang the doorbell to offer to remove the rest of it. I asked how much and he said nothing but a good review. Wow! Impressive and smart. They completed the job, removed the remnants neatly and promptly. Nothing but good things to say for this approach. They will be certainly be my go to guys for any future needs.

    Great service!

    I have used this company before and will continue to. They are great at what they do and are extremely personable. Nubian came and assessed my wasp situation. He dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Very clean, no mess. Great group of people who work there. No question they can't answer. You won't be disappointed.

    Racoon Removal

    I had a dead racoon on my property, which was located in a very difficult spot. I was considering removing it myself, but my wife suggested that I call a professional to handle it. Within a few hours of calling Pest Protection Plus, they arrived and hauled the dead racoon away. Ben was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was worth every penny. I hope I dont find anymore dead animals, but if I do, I am definitely calling these guys again. They are awesome! Thanks so much for getting rid of this messy and stinky problem!
