I just moved in my recently renovated house and on the fourth night I heard a raccoon in the attic. I did a Google search and Pest Protection Plus was one of the first names that showed up. I called them primarily because they were open 24/7 (it was 10pm when i called). The rep (Ben) advised that a technician would arrive the next day between 1-3 and he did. After a good look on the roof the technician (Anthony) proceeded to inspect my attic to determine if the raccoon was still there. He believed that he/she/they vacated the premises and would return in a few days to install mesh over the vent opening. I called back on Sunday and they returned the next day to install the mesh as promised for no additional charge. Pest Proetction Plus was most professional throughout this process and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has "pest" issues.

I have now used Pest Protection Plus one 3 different occasions, all have been nothing short of excellent. The first experience was when we had a mother raccoon and her EIGHT babies living in our attic above our bedroom making a ton of noise. The company responded fast and dealt with the issue the same day. The reason that I would recommend Pest Protection Plus to anyone is because of the professionalism and integrity the workers showed. We dealt with 3 different people, and all of them treated the raccoons humanely, gently and showed compassion. I have also used them to eradicate bedbugs in a rental property and just recently to get rid of mice. All services were timely, effective for the long term and very reasonably priced, highly recommended!

We hired these guys to remove a bird stuck in our chimney. They took 15 mins to remove the bird and put a wire mesh around the chimney cap on the roof. They also found a damaged vent cap on the roof and suggested squirrels may have inhabited our attic. We recommend inquiring about and using their service. Price below is all-in. May be there was a cheaper way to deal with this situation, but we could not find a more competitive rate in a quick search.
