thank you for your review as explained the 3rd party provider has not provided you the full details of the record the service was in full active service and was never discontinued AND IS STILL IN SERVICE till your renewal date of 30th November 2020 we received your cancel notice 4th November for your account to be cancelled 30th November I had informed the 3rd party provider on how to program the system however they preferred to charge you for a new panel there is complete disinformation provided to you and it appears apparent that their only purpose was to take over your account I regret the inconvenience you may have faced TOTAL SECURITY CO
