    Ray was wonderful from start to finish! The first to respond to my query on HomeStars and the customer service was amazing. In a time where customer service is tough to come by, Ray was wonderful in reaching out, promptly coming to see my house for the work needed, and most importantly fixing my issue in a quick manner (on a long weekend as well!). I enjoyed his expertise and knowledge so much I will get other work done with him in the house. Thank you Ray! For anyone reading this, you will not be disappointed, stop shopping around and contact Ray at TSS, you won’t regret it :)

    Efficient and good at their work. Very easy to approach when i have some questions even after the installation. Would recommend!

    Ray at Total Security was nothing short of incredible! His price was excellent & I had shopped around when my existing monitoring Company [40 years], was sold. There was no muss or fuss, very knowledgable and professional and had my system up and running the next day. Would highly recommend!

    The owner Ray was prompt from start to end. Visited the site within a few hours, delivered the quote and ensured that all the items were covered and specified. Within 48hrs we had the system installed and functioned. Paperwork, instructions and all related information were delivered promptly.

    We recently had a camera system installed by Total Security. From the time I contacted them, all the way through, Ray made sure we had plenty of options and a thorough understanding of every aspect. He listened to our specific requests, and made sure to take them into account with his proposed systems. That information and his willingness to answer any question quickly made the decision easy, let alone the fact that their pricing was far better for the same capability compared to others I looked at. Installation was quick and well done, and after installation support has been excellent as well. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a camera system.
