    Security system & cameras installation

    I contacted Ray after reading a bunch of reviews on Homestars having no prior experience with home security installation. Ray was very responsive. After coming to do the initial assessment, he took his time to look at the property, answer all my questions in detail till I was comfortable enough to move forward with the installation. He didn't upsell anything, and suggested cost saving measures which was very thoughtful. He even did the installation in the middle of the winter which I really appreciated because I wanted it done sooner than later. He accommodated my busy schedule and never rushed or pushed me into anything. I highly recommend Ray.

    Alarm system installation

    Ray was punctual, professional, and courteous. Very easy to work with and attentive in ensuring we were fully satisfied with the product. He also has a good sense of humour and is very patient when teaching the ins and outs of the alarm keypad.

    Security system install

    We recently completed a major renovation. We had Ray install the security wiring prior to completion of drywall. Then he returned when everything was complete to install the equipment. Ray has reasonable prices and shows up when he says he will be there.

    Security alarm system and cameras

    Great service and attention to detail so far. A little bit left to do to finish the job( final adjustments, etc) Highly recommend for expertise and quality work. Very courteous and was also helpful in installing my video door bell! Very happy!

    Good company

    We had the alarm put in a few months ago! It has been working great. We are very happy with the service and have had no concerns at all. Will definitely recommend it to others!

    A good Company

    Replacement of existing alarm system

    Ray helped upgrade my existing installation when I moved to a new house. The installation was not easy but he persisted to complete the job for the originally quoted price despite the additional work required. For instance, it was difficult to find a location to put the cellular communication unit and get a strong enough signal. He escalated this issue with Rogers and the manufacturer DSC and had them both on a conference call to figure out the problem. Ray also tried to save me money by not ordering unnecessary sensors and tried to use all of the existing equipment I had. He also offers the best rate for monitoring that I could find. The other two alarm companies I interviewed for the work could not match his low monitoring rates, and their rates for installation were also slightly higher. Finally, with Ray, I own all of my equipment and my name is on the cellular contract so that I can always change Alarm companies anytime I want. Other alarm vendors will not allow this.
